They rescheduled me for the third time today. They say first available is 3 weeks in the future. They send me text messages but don't read my text to them. I call the offices and they don't return my calls. I ask for appointments at one office and they make next appointment at further away office that I told them I didn't want to go to. They must have a strong hold on someone to get referrals.

Such a frustrating experience with scheduling -- definitely do not recommend working with this place here if you have the ability to change places. Not only have I experienced this issue, my entire family has had an awful time with having appointments rescheduled on them -- without their knowledge.
Recently, I was scheduled for a Monday, then was rescheduled for Wednesday without being told, and was now sent ANOTHER notice telling me to reschedule as Wednesdays no longer worked with my doctor. Which makes NO sense, if I was originally scheduled on a day that worked for them!
When contacting them, I was told their system wasn't working this month, and bookings weren't saving -- however this has repeatedly happened to my dad in January.
Apparently, the original date my appointment was at was merely "a suggestion" they gave me (they scheduled it for me AND wrote it down). If I didn't like my doctor, I would be finding a new place ASAP because the service this place offers with scheduling is terrible.

Intermountain Eye Centers always there to help , I think they are a little understaffed like most places the staff is always helpful , oh my God i didn't realize that eye glasses were so expensive for around $600 for two pair plus if you want polarized or bi focal and more added extras ...........wow......oh make sure you bring dark dark sunglasses if you get yours eyes dilated......

I have been going to the Boise Office for 20 years until Dr. Tweeten retired. They have always been good. They sent me to the Meridian office. They live up to their 2.9 rating. Not very friendly. Everyone seemed very cold and unhappy. I was suppose to see Dr. Chamberlain however when he came in he never introduced himself and he did not look like the picture they have posted on their website. Not very professional. He examined my eyes and told me I have Cataracts and the scheduler will be calling me in two weeks. Not much else. It has been a month and I still have not heard from them even after a call from me two weeks ago inquiring about scheduling my surgery. I would not recommend them for anything. At least the Meridian office. I will be going to another doctor.

Horrible service. Nobody answers the phone. The prescription never reached the pharmacy, I went to pick it up and pharmacy had to send a request to the doctor's office. After a couple of days, the pharmacy still hadn't received the prescription. I called the office so many times to make sure they send the prescription to the pharmacy. And there's always a long wait for my daughter to be seen, up to an hour. I have no complaints about the doctor, but the office is ran very poorly.
Today, after waiting for 20+ minutes and seeing people arriving after us and being called before us, I asked the front desk if they had an estimate on how much longer, and they hadn't even taken my daughter's chart from the front desk. They picked up the chart at that moment, which makes me wonder if they just forgot about it??? They said they still had five patients before us, so they estimated at least 30 more minutes of waiting.

Loved my experience here! Received my new glasses fairly quickly, I was given a free trial pair of contact lenses that I desperately needed on the same day of my eye exam, and the staff and Doctors were superb! Highly Recommend. Two thumbs up for sure!
