Market Optical at Village at Meridian

I stopped in one day after work just to look around for new frames and I ended up staying in there for over an hour and a half trying on glasses and talking to Michelle about anything and everything. She's an absolute sweet heart. I've continued to go into see her and she's continued to help me with my glasses and the complications I've had even when I didn't buy the glasses from there. She even recommended me other places that would take my insurance she's a very selfless person. I recommend her/ Market Optical to everyone especially people that love unique fun glasses!

Great experience there. I brought in a severely damaged pair of glasses that got ran over by a bicycle and didn't really expect them to be able to be repaired. Edgar said he would try his best and diligently worked on them. Not only did he fix them but he adjusted them to fit me better. The entire staff at Market Optical was extremely helpful and nice. Highly recommend Market Optical in Meridian.

Didn't buy anything not realizing this was a high end store when I went in but I still received 5 star customer service from Edgar and company. Really nice venue. Even recommended a better store close by that caters to brokies like me.

If I could give Market Optical 10 stars, I absolutely would! They offer an incredibly unique selection of high-quality frames and lenses that I've never encountered before. The customer service provided by Michele and Edgar is unmatched; I truly felt valued and understood during my visit. They expertly guided me in choosing the perfect pair of glasses to complement my eye color and face shape. What impressed me even more was their willingness to assist with glasses I had purchased elsewhere, testing and adjusting them for optimal comfort. For the first time, I have progressive lenses positioned perfectly, allowing me to read and see distances without straining my neck or head. I also decided to try transition lenses, which has been a game changer for me. Having one pair of glasses eliminates the hassle of switching between readers, sunglasses, and distance glasses. These are definitely an investment, and I truly wish I had made this decision much sooner! Worth every penny!!

I enjoyed an exceptional experience at Market Optical in Meridian Idaho. My initial visit with Edgar was such a pleasure. He was patient, friendly, and highly knowledgable. He contacted me to keep me apprised as to the progress of my glasses. When I returned he was again patient as I am very particular. Also, Michele was very kind and extremely informative. I have been in specialty retail for forty years and appreciate how they are the epitome of customer service. I highly recommend you enjoy their quality products and exceptional experience.

Stopped in during my lunch hour needing a minor repair for my glasses. Michelle was quick to greet me and welcome me in as she finished up with a long time customer. She made nice conversation as she replaced the nose pads for me. She even cleaned the sunglasses I was wearing When she was finished, and very much to my surprise, she stated the service was on the house! How's that for stellar service?!?! I will definitely visit again when it's time for a new pair Thank you, Michelle!!

Fantastic experience. I was shopping at the Marketplace and was having a problem with my glasses. I randomly walked into the store and Michele and Edgar took the time to adjust my glasses, give me new nose pads and made sure the glasses were lined up perfectly as I have progressive lenses. When I asked how much I owed them for their time (close to an hour), No Charge.
