Paramount Eye Care

We really appreciate Paramount Eye Care. Myself and my kids have been going for years. Through the years we have had insurance changes and sometimes we end up being out of network but we still opt to cash pay because their care is superior to other offices we have tried. Anytime we have a last minute eye problem arise they get us in right away. I find the doctors genuinely listen to any concerns and do a thorough job.

Wonderful clinic all around from front office, to the assistants, to Dr. Stevens. Highly recommend.

This experience is based on my mom's visits. Really poor service. They made my mother's glasses based upon the "exam" from an assistant, using the letters only. The doctor did not do a vision exam on her... the first visit. It took almost three weeks to get her glasses. My mom had to call them to find out where her glasses her. They had magically come in just that day. When we went to get them, the girl (I don't know if she is an optician or not) handed them to my mom to put on. She did not look at how they fit, never offered any advice on how they should fit, never said to my mom "why don't we go outside and take a look at what you see." I had to mention all of the above. After wearing her glasses one night she knew these were not right. She went back to the eye center and in that appointment, the doctor did the exam with the machine and agreed that the previous lenses were not correct. He said they'd get these back quicker for her. It's been a week and a half and still no glasses. It'll be interesting to see how they treat her once they read this review. I would not recommend this place.

I can't thank Bethany enough for the trial lens, after I lost a lens while in Meridian from out of town. It is amazing to see again, thank you!!

Dr. Randall and his staff have served my family with excellence and friendliness for years. Dr. Randall is patient and creative while solving eye problems from contact wearers with astigmatism, to getting teens used to contacts, to finding the right multi-focal glasses for people on computers all day. Always pleasant, always punctual. His office staff communicates clearly and quickly and is well-organized. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, my experience was great! Front staff was friendly and efficient getting me checked in (it was my first time there). Star explained everything as we went through the different tests - very sweet and knowledgeable. Dr Randall was thorough and made recommendations on what I needed. Period. My experience with Bethany in optical was fun! She was patient and I found a pair of frames I love. Everyone was extremely welcoming with a smile! I definitely recommend Paramount if your looking for a positive experience and an awesome staff and doctor.

Some of the nicest and most helpful people out there. I have been going for years and have always received the best care, I highly recommend Paramount for any eye care needs.

We love love Dr. Randall and his team! We have been his patients for years. We always book our appts for my kids and I together. We showed up an hour early to our appointment and said that I can hang around and they will squeeze us in early if possible. They did! They were so accommodating and were able to make it work. Highly recommend this office!
