My wife and I had an exceptional experience receiving such kind and professional service from Cali as we learned about our options related to scleral contacts and glasses. She listened carefully to our concerns and proposed a plan that we feel really good about. We would highly recommend this office for optometry and ophthalmology care.

We love Doctor Williams but either office staff or doctor do not follow up. They tell me they are ordering a contact for me to try but they never call for me to come in and try it. If you call in ask about problem with a prescription they never call back. So we have made the decision to change our eye care to someone else. Great doctor poor staff.

I have always had the greatest experience here. Current visit to pick out glasses was no exception. I was very impressed by Skyler's exceptional knowledge and customer service. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment for an eye examination every thing went fine I ordered since it been over five years since I have ordered some new glasses which were quite expensive and it took over a month to receive, but a very helpful staff and a very nice place........if this helps please give a like .............. ...............

Last year I had an appointment, everything went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised that I was not charged a contact lens fitting fee, like most places. Location was also ideal for me. This year's appointment, I hoped to get it sooner, but with my great experience the previous year decided to set my appointment for 3 months away. Two weeks before my appointment they told me that the Doctor was going to be out-of-office that day so appointment was cancelled. They wanted to reschedule for a month later than my original appointment. I could get on a long wait list, but I would be put at the bottom of the wait list. I had at least hoped I would get some priority on the wait list as I had already waited 3 months for this simple exam and they were the ones cancelling within a couple of weeks, but that wasn't even an option. As I would like to get in sooner I will be going somewhere else and I'm not sure I'll come back Treasure Valley Eye Center next year as scheduling is such a hassle.

Skylar went above and beyond in customer service. She kept me updated throughout the process, and the packaging was elegant and protective when I received my glasses. It's clear Treasure Valley Eye Center values their customers and take pride in delivering a top-notch product. I highly recommend Skylar for anyone in need of glasses. Great quality, stylish options, and outstanding service--you really can't ask for more!

Dr. Williams is an excellent provider. He takes the time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. I've had eye problems for my entire life and this is the first office that has been able to actually address what is going on and provide a treatment plan and solutions that actually help and work. I've not had good experiences with their office staff in the past, but the new people that are there now are knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and deliver patient centered care to the best of their ability. I feel truly taken care of when I go in and that my eye health is in good hands. The only thing that keeps me from making this a 4 or 5 star review is the billing. Their billing department definitely leaves more to be desired and needs more training or work. I'm constantly having to call in about my bill and how they are billing insurance. If I had known that their billing staff hadn't improved like the rest of their staff has, I would have requested to bill my insurance myself. It takes more of my time and is more of a headache working with their billing department than it should be. I work in medical billing myself and verify my insurance benefits before going into the office for an appointment so I'm not left with any surprises. I am still left surprised by the inability to bill correctly by this clinic, though I guess I shouldn't be by now. I wouldn't expect patients to have to tell me how to bill in my own job and it is beyond frustrating that this is a constant occurrence and battle with this practice. If it weren't for the excellent providers there that specialize in my specific eye condition, the frustration with the billing department would have me looking for a new provider.
