Warby Parker The Village at Meridian

I'm very happy with my decision to purchase my prescription eyewear and sunglasses from WP. I used the app for in home try ons then finalized my selection in store. The process was so easy and took about 15 mins in total to order. I was able to purchase two pair of glasses for a faction of the price of one pair though my local eye dr.

Wow, what a great experience! From product knowledge to incredible customer service this is a first rate team. I highly recommend Warby Parker at the village in Meridian. Haven't got my glasses yet, but very excited to get them. Big thank you to a first grade team!

I've shopped Warby Parker online and liked the frames and service but missed the in-person adjustments for the perfect fit- so I'm thrilled to have the new Warby Parker store so I can shop in-person. The store was clean and pleasant, and the staff was efficient. The shop was busy but I didn't have to wait long- Erin helped me and she was great- very thorough and patient while I tried on at least 15 pairs and she helped me narrow it down to 3 pairs. Great service and I'm looking forward to getting my new glasses and having any final adjustments that might be needed for a perfect fit!

Nightmare. From the get go, I stated that I needed frames for low nose bridges. On the try on, they kept trying to offer me frames without them. I had to state it at least five times, and they still kept attempting to sell me other frames. That should have been my warning. Then they emailed me several times for my prescription. I had uploaded said prescription already and they were still emailing me for them. I had to contact them to verify they did have my Rx and to stop spamming me and hopefully get production underway. Following that, they failed quality checks twice, so they postponed delivery for a month. The sent zero notice, so I stopped by the store to ask what was going on. The rep assured me he would look into it and send me an email with the info. I never got the email, and had to call in to get the information. They assured me it had shipped would be delivered the following week. (Of course, I never got the email confirmating this either.) Lo and behold, it was not delivered on the promised date. I had to contact two MORE reps (as one disconnected mid convo) and neither helped. All I asked for was that they verify my email was correct (which it was) and that they send the email with the tracking info. Simple, right? Apparently not for the team at Warby Parker. After wasting an hour of time plus a lot of creative ways to ask for the SAME THING, they still could not figure out I was asking for the shipping info, despite verifying with me my glasses had shipped. At this point, it wouldn't surprise me if they shipped it to the bottom of the ocean on accident. Never getting glasses from them again. edit: Looks like the workers check the reviews and actually reached out to me to offer help in this regard. I gave them an extra star for their communication. (More or less stars to come depending on when and in what condition my glasses actually end up.)

Had a very pleasant experience at the Warby Parker store in the Village. I bought my first pair of WP glasses 7 years ago online and I still love them. I have bought other pairs of glasses since, but have not liked them as much. So I went back to WP. Can't wait until my new pair is in! The selection is great, service excellent and prices are very competitive- several different price points too. You can get an exam there which is very convenient. I would highly recommend this brand and store location.

Wow, wow, wow...such a great experience today when ordering 2 pairs of sunglasses at the Meridian location. The staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My transaction was so fast and easy.

Excellent customer service! I mentioned that we had a time crunch and we were helped in a super courteous manner. All our questions were answered. We ordered two pairs of glasses. It was so much easier than I anticipated. Definitely will be coming back!

Had a great experience at the Meridian Warby Parker today. Rae did a phenomenal job of helping my wife and me with adjusting our WP glasses, ordering new pairs, and getting our insurance applied to our purchases. I highly recommend others to go and visit her if you're looking for fantastic help with eyewear!
