I highly recommend Heitz Optical. My daughter and I both got our glasses from these amazing caring, patience, professional and polite people. They made the experience easy and seamless. When I need glasses again or if I know anybody that needs glasses I would definitely tell them to go to Heitz!!!!

Purchased reading glasses. Nice Anthony did the initial fitting. He covered details I didn't think about. Joe fitted them for me on my pickup. He said he could tighten. I said no but now I realize he was right. I need them tightened. I'll run in without an appointment and have them tightened up. Seeing much better than using my Amazon and Walmart generic reader's.

There is was some debt I simply forgot about, never received anymore information about it and truly forgot it existed, well I got a call today from a collections agency, again fine would have had no problem just simply paying out the debt, was my mistake. Here is where it gets really messy, the lady that called was very rude, demanded I paid the debt now. After I explained to her that I can pay but I am not around at the moment to give you any card number, she told me every day that I did not pay the debt it was going to gain interest, so my bill would be bigger than originally told. I told her where did I sign saying it would gain interest she responded, that i didnt need to and that Heintz made that determination for me, as they still own the debt. When calling up to the Heintz about this they acted ignorant of everything and then got really defensive with me and started raising their voice. I have paid off this debt, and I will never in my life go this place again. Suggest you do not either, I never signed anything stating they would add interest it was never discussed either. Terrible business!!!

Every single person I have worked with in this office has been nothing but friendly. They have spectacular attention to detail, they are extremely patient with my son, and every encounter has been positive.

We have been customers there since 1990! My son was diagnosed w strabismus They went out of their way to help him chose frames and how awesome he looked. Still they do above and beyond for everyone!!! I can't thank them enough!!!!

Let me start by saying this place is intense... in a great way. If you want choices for frames boy you have them. I must have tried on at least 60 pairs which is nothing compared to the vast amounts they have. I fell in love with so many as they don't just have a bunch they have very nice frames. Ordered the nicest glasses I've ever got for the fraction of the price I've paid elsewhere. Absolutely awesome service, everyone was so kind and helpful.
