Andres was such an incredible. He saw how frustrated I was. I made an apt online but it didn't go through he still helped me immediately and he listened to my concerns and urgency and financial needs and he got me in and out in no time with a new pair of glasses on the way. He was literally a life saver tonight.

She goes above and beyond to make sure all your questions are answered thoroughly, and she never makes you feel pressured to make a purchase on the spot. Instead, she takes the time to explain everything clearly and provide different options so you can make the best choice for your needs. If I could rate lower, I would. I purchased my prescription glasses from here. The left arm broke completely off. I stopped in to get a replacement. I was told they don't keep spare parts around. I was referred to a competitors location. America's Best? False advertising.

I highly recommend the Lake St. Aurora location of America's Best, they are very friendly and extremely helpful. I have been coming here for a few years now and they never disappoint.

Overall employees are friendly and nice. I had an appointment last September (2024) for my yearly exam. I switched locations to be closer to home and have regretted it ever since. At my appointment I talked about how I didn't like their sofmed brand contacts as I always get a bad contact. I explained I didn't want them and they convinced me to give it another try, but they'd also give me the Acuvue (that I asked for) trial pair since they didn't have any at the time. I called a couple months later and asked to order some Acuvue as I preferred them. They said they had to get the doctor to sign off and they'd call me back. 48hrs later. No call back. Call again, said the same thing. Months later. Still NO doctor signature. NO phone call. I went in, thinking they'd have the paper ready to go. NOPE. Sat for 30 minutes for them to get a doctors signature. Blamed it on the fact I've been to multiple locations (not the issue, as it was done at this location and should have been in my paperwork). Just awful communication between the employees, the doctors and the clients.
