Carlos who checked me, took all my information and performed preliminary tests was friendly and professional. Dr. Feiz is second to none. She's patient, personable, knowledgeable and overall fantastic bedside manner. I would highly recommend bringing in the entire family.

I had such a great experience here!! Carlos and Mary were wonderful in helping me repair my glasses, and Mary kindly showed me several other options I could consider for new frames. They were both very helpful, and I'd highly recommend this place if even just for the customer service! Prices were also pretty good.

I can't say enough great things about Carlos and his team . Everyone here is professional, kind, and truly go out of their way to ensure you have a fabulous experience. I didn't even realize until sitting down to write this review that they even stayed past store hours to help me find the perfect pair! I am super picky about my frames and I'm so glad I chose this location!

Kudos to everyone at this store !!! Best service ever.. The store manager went out of his way to make sure I got my glasses on time . He had my 2 pairs of glasses delivered to my house as I had a flight to catch and needed my glasses before my trip. Thank you very very much everyone for making my day .. keep up the good work!!! Visited this location for an eye check up and for prescription sunglasses. This team is very professional and did a great job with their follow up. In addition, when they noticed a quality issue (I would have missed it!) they proactively fixed the problem at no additional cost, prioritizing getting me my glasses in a timely fashion. Really appreciate their customer first values! Very pleased with their follow through! Highly recommend this location!

Not a very good experience at all. Unfortunately the staff and Dr's are not on the same page at all. I went there for my first appointment a d the Dr just rushed me out of there and I had questions. Even when I asked them she just brushed me off because she had another appointment. Then I call to get my prescription and they asked why I'm not buying glasses there, which I didn't say I wasn't. So I explained ed my experience with the Dr. And of course they apologize, they said they're terribly sorry,and that I should go back with another Dr. So they made me another appointment, I show up, and I check in. After a minute the lady asks me if I'm there for my prescription, I said no, then she asks me if I'm there because I didn't like my glasses, so I said no, then she asked if I was there because I had a problem with my prescription. So I asked her if there were notes or if she knew why I was there. She apologized and said that the system said I had already had an exam lol. As you can see on the picture it says that I'm there for an exam. I would not recommend this place, I was actually recommend to go to the one on Randall and I though since this was closer ut would be the same. Big mistake.

My name is Vrund, I have never gotten glasses in my life. Was scared that my eyes would hurt and glasses would not look good on me. But I stand corrected. Had an appointment for 1:40, arrived there at 1:35 and was greeted and seated right away. Very welcoming and humble staff, and the doctor who tests you, explains everything in dept. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need for glasses. Thank you Dr Hong and staff.
