Dr. Kugel the Optometrist was great. She was kind and super-helpful with identifying changes to my prescription, as well as with advising me on the status of my cataracts, retina health, etc. Sultan the Store Manager was professional, kind, competent, and also super-helpful in selecting frames and lenses (in my case, replacement progressive sunglasses and 2nd pair of progressive eyeglasses). Thank you to Dr. Kugel and Sultan for your excellent work and your help with vision assessment and eyeglasses. It takes several weeks for the eyeglasses order to arrive at the store, and I assume all will go well (as it has before at this store - my wife and I are long-time customers at this store).

The doctor and other young lady working in the front were awesome. The gentleman on the other hand was not only rude but incredibly insulting. I could tell the doctor and other person were not surprised by his behavior or my reaction to it. I left in a hurry forgetting my prescription and not having the conversation about purchasing my frames there because he was so insulting. Ugh! This would have been a great experience sans that interaction. It very well cost Pearl Vision a sale on at least 1 set of frames. I wound up purchasing 2 pairs online. Again the exam etc and the doctor were great! The self identified "manager" could use some serious customer service remediation though...
