Had a fantastic experience at the Buffalo Grove Pearl Vision. I first called the Wheeling but they didn't have great availability. Buffalo set an appointment very quickly! Dr. Kugel was very knowledgeable. Elena set my appointment and I received probably the best customer experience from Sultan. He was helping me from start to finish. Everyone there is very passionate about what they do and they're good at it. I would say their customer service is what sets them apart from other places. Would highly recommend. Solid team - ready to help at Buffalo Grove. My glasses were pricey but very CUTE designer glasses ! Sultan helped me pick them out.

Dr. Kugel the Optometrist was great. She was kind and super-helpful with identifying changes to my prescription, as well as with advising me on the status of my cataracts, retina health, etc. Sultan the Store Manager was professional, kind, competent, and also super-helpful in selecting frames and lenses (in my case, replacement progressive sunglasses and 2nd pair of progressive eyeglasses). Thank you to Dr. Kugel and Sultan for your excellent work and your help with vision assessment and eyeglasses. It takes several weeks for the eyeglasses order to arrive at the store, and I assume all will go well (as it has before at this store - my wife and I are long-time customers at this store).
