The wait is always excessively long. The scheduling and optical folks are not clear when it comes to insurance questions. I also had a terrible experience related to lasik. The pre-surgery testing machine was broken so they sent me home on the day of the surgery after I was completely ready to go and already took the day off. I obviously ended up going somewhere else for my lasik but lost my consult fee.

They deserve zero stars. Such an awful place to be! The front desk is rude to all patients and even their own staff. You could feel the tension the second you walk in. Every single person that we had to interact with was a joke. Extremely unprofessional. My son is 3 and we went in for an eye exam and everyone seemed frustrated that we were there and it was obvious that they do not have the experience or patience needed to work with a child. Ultimately getting irritated with him because he doesn't know all the letters and shapes during an initial eye exam which he can't even see clearly hence why we are even there in the first place. I will not be going back.

From Dr Saniya Merchant O.D. to the technicians doing the tests as well as the people at the front desk at Premier Eye Care they were all thorough, professional & kind. Dr Merchant proved herself to be a great doctor, diagnostician as well as a wise and empathetic person. After Dr Merchant found an "issue" with my eye, she properly identified the need for me to be referred to a specialist for what she suspected was the cause(and she was correct). Thank you for guiding me.

Here for the first rime with my 5 year old son - referred by our regular ophthalmologist. 9:15 appointment time, asked to arrive at 9. Wasn't seen by the doctor until 9:50. They dilated my son's eyes at 9:57 and we were told to wait 20 minutes until doctor could look in his eyes again. We were also told that it would wear off after an hour and he'd be fine to go back to school. We are now waiting over an hour and the doctor has not returned. I have asked multiple times if the dilating will still be in effect or we'll have to return and all I'm getting is that the doctor will 'be right in'. We have now been here two hours and am still waiting. Will not return here and would not recommend. Doctor rushed. Staff rude.
