I had such a great experience with Dr. Wassia Khaja Ahmed for my chalazion removal. The staff was so friendly and fun, which instantly made me feel at ease. Dr. Ahmed made the entire procedure feel simple and seamless. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes, and the actual procedure itself took under 2 minutes. It was quick, efficient, and way less intimidating than I expected. I'm so grateful for how smooth everything went, now just hoping it doesn't come back. Highly recommend Dr. Ahmed!

Joann is the shining star of this place. I am rarely impressed by people and Joann sets the bar high. I watched her interact with people having a hard time with their billing statement. She helped them with kindness and grace and gave them the necessary information to help them solve the issue with billing. Exceptional customer service is rare these days and Joann is a master of her craft.

I called the office and left a message regarding an office appointment. Then I received a call back from Linda. My appointment was made . I arrived early to complete my insurance paper work . My office visit with Dr Khaja Ahmed was professional and explained my condition. The office staff was friendly, nice and understanding! I have another visit in one month. I would highly recommend this practice

Waited 40 minutes past my appointment to be seen, no explanation other than "it's always like this on Tuesdays". Then I had minimal explanation of what was going to be done for a chalazion extraction, followed by extreme pain with the actual removal. No extra numbing shots were given, was just told to visualize something happy. For context, the pain level was about the same as a cervix check/membrane sweep I had to go through last year and that was PAINFUL.

I think they have good doctors but really incompetent staff. Especially Mariah of Medical Records who was so rude and did not help at all in getting my prescription pre-approved. Sadly she was the one in-charge pf prior authorizations. It had been 2 months of back and forth follow up on my prescription but rather than helping and trying to empathize with the patient who has not gotten her medicine because of delays on her end, she would cut me off while talking, put me abruptly on hold or just transfer me without confirming. So up to now, I have not received my medicine for my eyes. Even my pharmacy (Walgreens) has given up on them. I am writing this review now before i hunt for another ophthalmologist. Beware. Good doctors are not enough. The clinic staff should be as efficient and helpful too!

I had an excellent experience at Family Eye Physicians! I first visited two years ago with my son, and I was so impressed with the care and service we received that my husband and I decided to switch from our previous eye doctor. The staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive, and the doctor very thorough. A special shout-out to Antonio, who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect pair of eyeglasses.

My wife and I have been patients at Family Eye Physicians for years. Dr Khaja has done cataract surgery on both of us along with extensive work on our lower and upper eyelids. We are both very happy with the work Dr Khaja has done which has greatly improved our eyesight along with making us look younger and more youthful. We would highly recommend Dr Khaja for any eyecare needs. The staff at Family Eye Physicians is helpful and friendly. The staff members that I deal with most are Linda in accounting, Joanne at the reception desk along with Antonio who handles the optical business and assists the doctors. I recently scratched a pair of expensive Revo sunglasses I purchased from them and Antonio was able to get them repaired as if they were brand new. They really do take great care of their clients. They are all a pleasure to work with and we would never trust our eyecare to anyone else. The one big benefit to getting older is that Dr Khaja can not only improve your eyesight but she can make you look more youthful as well.
