They have a good election of frames. However, the customer service could be better with assisting customer upon entry and calling back when frames are ready for pick up. My frames were ready for a week I received no calls, text or email o ky knew about it when I called in. Let's do better. Please

Customer service trash I spoke to 33 different people before my appointment and gave my insurance each time. Show up to the appointment and they want me to call and confirm they take my insurance when we could've done this days ago. One person I spoke to stated they would call and confirm upon my arrival and the person who was no help when I went to the appointment had a very unpleasant attitude like I was interrupting her 0/10 do not recommend this location. I'd rather be blind

The ladies at America's Best are awesome! From my initial phone call, to my Dr.visit and my follow-up, I found EVERYONE to be polite, friendly, professional and thorough. These attributes are rare in customer service these days. I could not be more pleased with my choice! Great job!

Generally my experience with America's Best in Calumet City has been great but the last couple of experiences have not been good. Ordered new glasses some months ago. When they came back it was the wrong frame. After telling them the fame it was supposed to be, after a month they still weren't back. After back and forth phone calls and being told they should be in soon, eventually found out the order was never sent back out with the correct frame, then they couldn't find the frame. Fast forward to November or early December finally get the new glasses. Well a couple of weeks ago my friend's dog got to them. Brought the glasses in today to find out ( 1) The frame was discontinued, ( 2) I don't have a warranty which has never been offered to me. I asked how much a warranty costs - $25 for a warranty so I definitely would have gotten it if I was told about it. (3) supposedly the lenses I have will not fit in another frame so I would have to pay full price for another complete pair of glasses and I get speciality lenses because of my prescription. Yeah, that's enough for me to choose another provider.

The ladies at American Best especially Edwana S. Were amazing! Edwana explained in great details the different frames and lenses when ordering my glasses. I will definitely be back to this location. Thank you Edwana!

My experience was AMAZING! The wait wasn't too long and everyone was so helpful and friendly . Edwana help me with selection and walked me through exactly how my insurance works. Edwana make sure that me and my family are well taken care of !

Very Nice Experience. The workers were very polite. And a big shout out to one of the workers Mrs Vincent for helping find and purchased my glasses.

I really HATE this location. I knew better than to try them a second time. The front staff is ok but the actual eye doctors make you question if they even know what they're doing. Hounded me down to pay for the exam after having me waiting for so long which i should've just let them void the prescription out, just for me to not be able to see AT ALL out of the dang contacts, literally all i seen was light outside, rescheduled to come back in, for me to get there and they try to tell me, I may not be able to be seen because I might have to see the original Dr. who prescribed it. No, I don't have time for that. I work a City job and need to be able to see or I can't work so I end up seeing the other doctor that was there all for her to give me an attitude because I'm adamant on I need to be able to see and what y'all prescribed is not going to help me so we had to use additional magnifying glass thing over my eye during the exam to finally get the correct power. Haven't been back there since, who knew the location on 87th would have the best customer service
