The doctors office experience was 5 stars. I noticed a couple of new faces on the retail side. I was greeted as I entered the store (good). After that I was given a tablet and told to complete my information. I was having problems with the tablet and the young at the register wasn't very friendly as I kept saying the tablet wasn't working properly. She took the tablet and gave me another with the attitude that I was bothering her. Then the doctors assistant called me and told me he would take care of it (great). I did order lens for a frame I already had. My orders have usually been ready in 5 days. Not this time, day 9 and lens have been back and waiting to be cut in store. Even with my insurance I paid 300.00 for lens. Please improve the retail experience.

I had a late appointment but was available earlier I called & the receptionist looked & gave me an early appointment. Now that is costumer service. Arrived to smiles & friendly staff ready to assist & update me. The exam was patient & comfortable timing for me . All my concerns was answered . That visit made my day. I love they introduced me to other eyeglasses styles. ( I loved the ones u can talk, take pictures & everything as u do on your phone u can do with your eyeglasses. Thx again staff for making me feel special & for your kind words & smiles

I walked in was super nice and esp Alex who sold me my eye glasses! She rocks and I love Dr Lawless. He has always been the best! Wish I could find my original post cause it was fantastic!

Dr. Lawless is the best!
I used to see him annually at LensCrafters and always had crisp vision. In 2023 and 2024, I tried other doctors, but my contacts never felt right--I couldn't read small print and my vision wasn't sharp.
This year I returned to Dr. Lawless, and I'm so glad I did. He examined me for both glasses and contacts, and the trial lenses he provided were spot-on. My reading vision is clear again, and he's ordering the exact prescription for my left eye.
I should have never stopped going to him. Thanks to Dr. Lawless, my monovision contacts work perfectly again. He truly saved the day!
