The entire process was very smooth, from check-in to check out. The exam was thorough; Dr. Smith was very pleasant, and so were all of the staff who I interacted with. There was a wide variety of frames available in various prices, and I was able to quickly find one I liked, which has always been a struggle for me. I dropped off my son's glasses for repair on December 22nd, as of today, we still have not received them back. My son needs his glasses for school, so this delay has been extremely frustrating and disruptive.
I have called every week for the past month and keep being told "a few more days," but there has been no clear timeline or follow-up. Communication has been disappointing, and I feel like our concerns are not being taken seriously.
If you need timely service especially for something as important as your child's glasses I would strongly suggest considering other options.

Be aware that appointment times aren't guaranteed. I was called back 30 minutes late for the initial tests and had to ask how long the wait would be for the exam. I was told it could be over an hour. Communication was poor, and it seems likely the same thing would happen if I came again. The employees said that corporate is aware about it but yet they do nothing. I had to leave as I was on my lunch break, what a waste of time.

The worst place to go to. I went to get a prescription for contact lenses and they gave me only a prescription for glasses not for contact lenses. now they want me to go to a class to show me how to use the contact lenses to charge me more y sell me their contact lenses. They don't want to buy the lenses somewhere else. Never come back to this place
