Awesome customer service and wonderful dr. It was my first time going to All About Eyes and loved the whole experience. They were very helpful in all depts. I just cant say it enough how great of experience I had there. The lady helping me pick my glasses was Graciella and she was exceptionally wonderful as well. Very helpful at choosing the right frames for my face and helping with what the insurance covers and what I had to pay out of pocket. She was so sweet, patient with me while also answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend All About Eyes to anyone. They did more tests on me during my exam than I've had done with any other company. I found out things that should have been told to me or found by other eye Dr's. at least a yr or so ago but at least ik now and can deal with that asap. Thank you for all your help in each dept. I appreciate you all. Thank you also Graciella for being so patient with me and helping me find the right frames. Ik I can be picky at time and I think yesterday may have been one of them days. Lol thanks for all your help. I've been to several places in danville Il and this has been the best place ive seen so far. Keep up the great work and service you all offer and give.

Exam portion of this experience was acceptable, even the ordering of the prescription was bearable until the glasses finally showed up. After 2 days of normal wear the ear piece on one side would snap and extend so far out that they do not even stay on my face. Went to return the glasses and was told that is the way they are supposed to be. "You purchased flex frames and that's just how they are" is what I was told. When I asked ok, then why doesn't the other side do the same? they couldn't answer and just handed me my broken glasses back....Said "those are the frames you selected and there's nothing we can do" I didn't spend a lot of money on them for fear that the script wouldn't be correct, and be out even more money. Glad I made that decision because at this point I wouldn't buy a pair of toy glasses from this place. Needless to say I will not be going back. 1-14-26 Update: The store manager made this right. Agreed that the frames were defective and she ordered me new frames. They were delivered a day later and lenses were put in the very next day. I do appreciate her efforts in taking care of this situation. She was very helpful.

I recently visited All About Eyes for my eye exam and glasses, and I have to say, my experience was very disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable with the staff's attitude and the way I was treated. The assistant at the front desk was rude and dismissive, which made me feel unwelcome right away. During the eye scan, I was confused and felt rushed. The procedures were different from what I was used to at my previous eye doctor, Chittick, and the staff didn't give me proper guidance or patience. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially when I was trying to cooperate with the equipment and the process. The doctor also made unprofessional comments and jokes about my eyes, which I found very disrespectful and unhelpful. Additionally, I was frustrated with the delay in my appointment and the staff's attitude regarding payment and picking out glasses. They claimed I couldn't select glasses yet, even though I was ready, and the whole process felt unorganized and slow. The behavior of the staff seemed unprofessional and unnecessary, especially considering the office had just opened an hour earlier. Overall, I felt disrespected and disappointed with the service I received. I preferred my previous eye doctor at Chittick, where I felt more comfortable and cared for. I hope this review helps others be cautious, and I hope the staff improves their customer service in the future.

From the time I walked in to the time I walked out they were extremely professional and kind. Never once made me feel like I was being rushed from the receptionist, the dr, and the person I picked my frames out with. They were all so kind and cant recommend them enough! I will forever be apart of the All About Eyes family!

When I got there they couldn't find my insurance. Not until they put Elizabeth on it and she found it. She was very helpful with absolutely everything. The optometrist was friendly and did a great job. Elizabeth even helped with my wife's scratched glasses. Thank you

Liz and Graciela were Wonderful in helping me find a pair of frames that fit me and took me outside my "comfort" zone. I Love the frames! Thank you ladies!

I went to an optometrist in town for about 12 years until they closed about a year ago. Have been putting off making an appointment because I've been worried about where to go. I needed to get in asap and was able to schedule online for only 2 days out because they had an opening!! Literally everyone here is so sweet. From the lady that did my prescreening, to the doctor, to the ladies at reception. Especially Liz! She made everything so easy for me with insurance and quotes. Helped me pick out a pair of glasses that she thought looked cute on me. Honestly just 10/10 customer service. I've found my new optometrist for the foreseeable future!
