Extremely warm and friendly. 100% attention from filling out paperwork to picking out glasses. Everyone took time, and paid one on one attention to the client. I have worn glasses most of my life. This is the first time I've gotten a pair that looks great, and didn't require days of getting used to. This clinic is very professional! Every employee was on top of their game! Great Service and prices!

Illinois Eye Express has proven to me my search is over. Unless I need something that they do not do than this is the only eye Dr. I have been to in close to 30 years. I have tried others and found outrages prices, less than friendly staff, and not near the selection. Mark Paris the owner is not only one of the nicest people I have ever been acquainted with, he is very much community oriented. He demands nothing short of kindness and professionalism in his staff. They are extremely accommodating if the need is there he will work around your schedule if it is at all possible. There was a time a little over 11 years ago we had a death in the family and my wife had ripped one of her last contact lenses and this was on Sunday I called Mark and explained the circumstances and without hesitation he asked if I could meet him at his facility and got us a replacement set. What price can you possibly put on caring service like that. They are very fair on there pricing and have the largest selection of glasses to chose from in all price ranges. I told them multiple times before my appointment that I was going only to get the exam done and given my script to order glasses online, even before the exam started I reminded them and was reassured that was fine. My exam went fine and the Dr was friendly. Once my exam was done I was showed the wall of glasses and said once again I just needed my script and the guy got super mad and said he wasn't doing the appointment for free (I have no out of pocket expenses with my exam, only frames and lenses). The man told me I'd have to pay $30 for my script even though my insurance pays for the whole exam. Not only was it the frustration of the matter but this guy raised his voice while saying it. Needless to say I will never be going back.

The staff is so friendly and professional and they helped us pick the perfect frames. We were in and out in no time. They make your glasses onsite so my children were able to take their glasses home today.

I called every eye center in town and Illinois Express Vision was the best priced. They are friendly and make you feel comfortable. I always have a great time when I go in. Wish it was more than once a year! They truly are the best, I would never go anywhere else.

Many people in our family go to get their glasses here. No body has ever had an issue with their fittings or prescription. Affordable compared to many and service is excellent. I like it bc they are so down to earth and care! It may not be for everyone but, it's always very busy:)

Been going here for years. The Staff is awesome most of them have been there for a long time so you always see a friendly face. Most accommodating my schedule is hectic and they get me in when they can. Cannot forget the value.great prices for a good product.
