Gailey Eye Clinic

A horrible experience and I was treated very rudely and my prescription was canceled. I definitely will take my business elsewhere. Even after taking this issue higher it was still pushed onto me. No one ever expected responsibility to how they handled my issue and concerns.

My husband was evaluated today to assess his vision post stroke, the staff was amazing. They technician performed a through examination through several test. Dr. Stephanie was excellent, she explained everything in easily understandable terms. They were so kind in all our interactions from check in to check out. Highly recommend this very professional practice. We had a follow 4 month up visit yesterday 1/17/23 it was another excellent patient experience. The entire staff is awesome! Such a blessing to have Gailey Eye Clinic in our community.

I had my Lasik procedure with Gailey and the staff were amazing. They were very informative and friendly. They were also very patient and understanding of my anxiety. They walked me though every step, taking the time to make sure I understood what all was happening and would happen. They were also available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns. I really enjoyed working with Courtney M. and Dr. Aprahamian. They were a great team together and helped me overcome my fears. Overall, I am sincerely grateful to everyone at Gailey. Thank you for taking care of me and my eyes.

Dr. Loy is amazing.... when I came in with vision loss she suspected I may have multiple sclerosis and referred me to specialists to handle that....but I still see her for my regular eye health and prescription lenses. She always takes time to answer any questions and concerns and explains things so I can easily understand. I love her! Janet was fabulous as well! Great people!

Wonderful Staff !! My Mom ( 87), left her purse in wheelchair leaving from her appointment. Called emergency number (after hours number), they contacted the Building Supervisor ( Patty) and she delivered my moms purse to her at home. I believe that To be above and beyond customer care !!

Dr. Lee is a gentleman and a professional. He practices his craft with great skill and has an excellent bedside manner. His staff is respectful and courteous. It is a privilege to have Dr. Lee and Gailey Eye Clinic in Danville. I highly recommend.

I had an eye injury that basically gives all the effects of glaucoma. I've been dealing with this for a number of years. I am middle-aged I am having more complications with pain discomfort migraines due to the eye. I see Dr a he doesn't seem like he's an understanding doctor. I will have to look further for a better doctor than him because he seems like he's just there for the money and not the patient. I've been going to him for a number of years

This was my first experience with the clinic. Everyone was wonderful! There was not a long wait. Each person did their job with expertise and resolved my issue quickly.
