I look forward to seeing Dr. tweed. Not only is she an amazing eye doctor. She is so nice, easy to talk to, and fun. I always enjoy seeing her!!
I highly recommend Dr. Megan Tweed. She is spectacular - very thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and professional! The opticians are also friendly and helpful. Will continue to come here for my eye care needs.
Dr. Tweed is awesome! Very kind, thorough, and easy to talk to. Not once did I feel pressured by anyone to pay for extra exams/upgrades on eyewear like some other optometrist I have been to. I appreciated that my contacts were delivered on time.
This is honestly the best place I've gone to get contacts/glasses, they listen, they take there time and there helpful even with pricing. I've gone other places and they've always rushed me,gotten my prescription wrong or very off in one eye. I'm so thankful I found this place and everyone in it does there job
Wonderful experience from receptionist to exam. I went in to get new glasses and contacts. The technicians were very professional and knew their stuff. Dr. Megan Tweed, who did my eye exam, was kind, thorough, answered all my questions and had a great sense of humor. Prices for glasses and contacts are more affordable than the big chain eye places. Staffing can make or break a business...Dr. Tweed and her staff were a joy to work with.
Got talked into anti-glare that negated any insurance benefit on my lenses, but worse, the lenses have "spider webs" growing by the day after only 2 months. The rude manager blamed me (and maybe it was my fault) but she refused to acknowledge the potential of a defective product - wouldn't even take a look at them. Worse yet she was non-sympathetic and refused to extend the 30% discount offered in the first month, stating, "If I did that for you, I'd have to do it for everyone!" Now that is customer service! She'd rather blame the customer, not provide support and lose a large household of glass-wearers' business!!! This store is the epitome of poor customer-oriented service and the manager needs training on how to run a business (owners beware).
I love this place. I will never go to any other eye doctor as long as Dr. Tweed and the other ladies are working here! I've worn glasses for about 16 years and have been to many, many places. This Walmart vision center has been my favorite. Let's be honest, we all dread doctor appointments, whether it's general practitioners, dentists, lady doctors, eye doctors, etc. But I LOVE getting to go visit Dr. Tweed. She's so nice, so helpful, and remembers things from year to year that I don't even remember!! She'll sit and talk to you about anything and everything, even as she's doing the exam. She's wonderful to talk to and it makes the whole thing go by in a pinch. As I said, I will never go anywhere else for my glasses and contacts as long as she's at this walmart vision center!!!!
Dr Tweed was super nice and professional and very upfront during my eye exam. You can tell she really cares and looks to help educate and encourage great eye care. The other staff members were super friendly and made it a relaxed environment. Would recommend anyone to go if they are lacking insurance or looking to save on glasses and exams
