Where to start?! If you want an excellent place to go to for your eye care, this is the place to be! Let's start with Sim...what an exceptional human being she is...she is professional, kind and caring and goes above and beyond her job for her patients! I always have an great experience with her. They always get me in when I need to get in. A couple of times, I had eye infections, yep, no problem Sim got me in asap, and Dr. Teng gave me meds (when Urgent Care didn't) to clear it up quickly. And Dr. Tseng...she is a wonderful, kind and caring Dr. She takes time to listen to your needs (I never feel rushed) and is highly skilled at her craft. I also met David this past week and what a nice and professional man he is. Thank you all for your wonderful services you provide to me. I work with patients as well and know how hard it can be sometimes. I will continue to come here, because of these EXCEPTIONAL people who work here!

The doctor and staff at MyEyeDr of Des Plaines went above and beyond anything I could ever imagine. They went out of their way to help an elderly man regain both his near and far vision, doing everything in their power to assist--including redoing an eye exam to correct mistakes made by a previous doctor. Service like this cannot be matched. I will always be a patient at the MyEyeDr in Des Plaines from now on

This place is amazing and outstanding in terms of customer services and quality. They make you feel like you are very important to them. Sim who is at the front desk is exceptional. Her attitude, service, communication and kindness made me very special. She helped me to select my glasses with patience and did not show that the closing time is past. She wanted to make sure that I am fully satisficed with my selection. Very rarely you will see people like Sim who go above and beyond in customer services. Dr. Janet is very caring and kind. She listened to my concerns and answered to all my questions clearly. Highly knowledgeable doctor.

We are so glad we discovered this place. They are absolutely the kindest and most caring staff. This level of service is rare to find these days. The only thing I wish they had is in-house lab for lenses bc the 3rd party they use is a bit of hit-or miss.

I'm so happy I found this place several years ago and have been coming back since. Dr. Tseng is awesome. She has a great personality, is very thorough in explaining what she is doing as well as answering any questions I may have. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and has their best interests in mind. The office staff is wonderful as well. I like that they have later hours on certain days so I can come in after work. I'm happy to be able to patronize this local business.

This is by far the best optometrist experience I've ever had. I've actually haven't gone in years but when I did go they were so well helpful. Sim and Dr. Tsang were just fantastic!

What a great experience, from the moment I walked in, throughout my whole encounter. Dr Janet Tseng and staff were very friendly. The office was clean, organized and very professional. Dr Tseng and staff made me feel welcome and at home, as if I were an extension of their family. I will continue to use their services.
