had a wonderful experience with Dr. Fatima and Crystal. Dr. Fatima was extremely professional, patient, and thorough during my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident about my vision and eye health. It's easy to see that she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in providing quality care. Crystal was just as amazing when helping me choose my lenses and frames. She was kind, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the process. She made what can sometimes feel overwhelming very simple and stress-free, and she helped me find the perfect option for both comfort and style. Together, they made my visit smooth, positive, and enjoyable. Great customer service and excellent care all around. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great eye care experience!

Front desk everyone was friendly, except Dr. Fatima she seemed frustrated that my kid didn't know her letters and numbers and said that most of her patients knew them. I told her I thought they were kid friendly and she said I don't know why the front didn't ask you if she knew her numbers and letters. I know next time I will do my research for an ACTUAL kid friendly doctor. If you have small children don't come here if not prepare for her attitude. Never been disappointed in an eye doctor.

The staff here are all absolutely amazing and super friendly. I felt very welcomed and taken care of as they helped me through everything from start to finish. They made my entire visit extremely easy and comfortable, and not to mention, you can tell they genuinely care about you. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for quite some time. The people that work here are absolutely wonderful. They're very knowledgeable and helpful and above all else they're just very exceptional human beings. They're all very patient and kind hearted. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. If you're in the market for glasses or contacts I'd highly recommend coming here. Dr. Kim is great and she's really good with explaining things. If you're in need of vision therapy then this is where you need to be. Elena is very good at what she does and she's got such a wonderful personality and demeanor. I drive quite the distance to this location even though there's another right by my house. The people that work here really make a difference and it's so so sooooo important.

Where had I've been all these years and did not know this eye clinic. Been here and there and have my annual eyeglasses made, but never did I experience not only a good ambience but also the warmth of the staffs. Caleb, handled my lenses selection and add-ons at the same time explain thoroughly the technical issues. He spent more time to make sure I made the right choices. Three different eye clinic made my eyeglasses for 13 years but they're not as accommodating as this one. So grateful I've found MyEyeDr in Elmhurst Rd in DesPlaines. I Highly recommend this clinic!
