Dr. Steven Winkler is brilliant! He diagnosed my Myasthenia Gravis when another doctor of the same specialty wanted to do surgery to correct (which would not have worked with this disease). He is incredibly thorough & does an excellent job of explaining medical issues related to my disease. We are fortunate to have a specialist like him in our geographical area!

She gives you a lot of information and options so you can choose what you think is best for yourself and lifestyle. I have recommended her to many friends and family members. Doctor Kathryn the best of many eye doctors i seen before. My aunt was suffering from much pain for three months. And she got treated well and her eyes issue was completely healing. this is was the third visit to be follow and checking up. The staff over beyond helpful of following on the phone, appointment reminders and connection on prescription details. Thanks again!

I was trying to make an appointment for my daughter to have a stye removed. The receptionist for Dr. Katherine P. wrinkler she asked what insurance do I have, I told her that I needed to pay cash since I already inquired about the price and I was willing to pay. She immediately tod me and I quote, "I cannot take YOUR cash," like what my money doesn't count?. Anyhow I would not recommend this office to anyone. There is not surprise they only have 3 stars, I would only give them one. Your staff needs be nicer and train better doctor.

My daughter has seen Dr. Kathryn Winkler twice, once for a routine eye exam and once because of an emergency. She has never been to the eye doctor and both times she was made very comfortable by Dr. Winkler who was patient, kind, and even showed how everything worked on my daughters stuffed animal. Thank you Dr. Winkler for the wonderful care we will be lifelong patients!

Doctor is knowledgeable, I guess he is good at what he does. But he treats people differently. The front staff does not know how to talk to their patients! Very rude people! When we made appointment over the phone they did not give us the right information and made us a appointment on a day they do not do a procedure. When my mom got to her appointment they were really rude to her and treated her very badly! The front ladies were even laughing and making fun of my mom! How is that professional? When we ask them a question everybody gives you totally different answers! That just shows how under trained all their staffs are! But they're all very good at being RUDE! Not going back to this place again!

Dr. John Winkler, has provide me with knowledgeable visit. I just had a vision check, yet a week later after the visit he doesn't care less to talk to his patient just to make a small adjustment to lenses prescription. Jessica who works at the front desk, I who called for a several days I had experience calls were I was hanged up on. This isn't professional office whatsoever. If you go there you take you on the risk .There are many eye doctor offices, that treats you kindly and answer all your concerns.
I rarely write reviews, but with this recent experience I'm very disappointed and disgusted by the way you treat your patients !!

Friendly staff very helpful dr. Winkler great doctor I consider myself lucky that I crossed paths with him. He's help my parents throughout the years. I've seen dr Kate Winkler and Steven Winkler as well I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
Frankly I believe their one of the best in the business. I have been going to dr. Winkler for many years I put my eye heath in the palm of his hand. The staff is very caring.
