Dr. Garcia is the best!! My ophthalmologist highly recommended him. I was nervous given the circumstances surrounding the need to see Dr. Garcia, but after meeting him, he put me at ease. He provided me with all the information I needed. He answered all of my questions and ensured I understood everything about the surgery and what to expect after. He is a caring physician and I would recommend him to anyone in need. He performed my eye surgery with great success. His staff is just as caring and accommodating.

Doctor Garcia is a true professional and probably saved my eyesight! I have never encountered a health care provider like him who is concerned about your eye health and takes the time to explain and show you exactly what needs to be done! He will always be in my prayers and I will recommend him to all my friends who need to see a man who is so knowledgeable about eye care and tells you exactly what you need with sincerity!

Dr Jose Garcia-Gonzales is a very professional, knowledgeable and attentive doctor ,he really takes his time to explain everything in details . My appoitment was an emergency one on the Weekend ! Dr Gonzalez was able to calm me down and did the eye surgery quickly but throughly . We really need more doctors like Dr Gonzalez. So grateful I found him. He is a true Gem.

Great Dr who explained everything in simple English. I fell safe on his hands when he puts that needle in my eye. I have been with him for almost 3 years and have had nothing but a pleasant experience.

I was followed up at the Des Plains location. The facility was very clean and set up to accommadate social distancing guidelines for patients as they arrive for service. The check in process and wait time was very quick. I was to see how efficient this office is operating.

Dr. Garcia and staff are amazing. Years ago he repaired a hole in my retina. I just went back for another problem in my eyes. He explained what happened and why. He is very honest.

Went in for a check of a "floater" that suddenly appeared in one of my eyes. Just walking though Costco on a Sunday and thought a fly was in front of my right eye. There wasn't. Rubbed the eye a few times and it was still there in my vision. It looked like black thread bunched up. I could see through and around it. Just wierd. I had no shadowing or flashing, just this black thread like thing floating from my vision and moving off to the the right side. It comes back into focus, then drifts to the right. Called Dr. Garcia-Gonzales. He had me come in to have it checked. His assistants ran several tests and scans. Met with the doctor who checked the results and gave an indepth explanation of what the floater was, were it came from and what to watch out for in the future. Amazing guy who loves his profession and cares about his patients. Can't say enough.
