Very professional & can see fine through my new lenses but had to return 3 times due to arm coming loose. Had to return again because the frame snapped in half. The frame had a 1 year return policy so it was replaced for free. Now I get them back with a fine scratch in the right lens which cannot be polished out. Spent $470 & definitely unhappy with the end product. Look for a different eye Drs office.

After moving to the area and seeing this new doctor I was very disappointed. Not only did I feel uncomfortable during the exam having this doctor touching me face to face to look into my eye for a good 5 min instead of using the normal equipment he used one little magnifying light and had his cheek touching mine which made me very uncomfortable but he also did not properly diagnose me. I've had glasses my whole life and when I came here he told me I no longer need them and that I need to come back for dilation. I stated that makes no sense considering I've always needed glasses. You don't just don't need them. His treatment planning was not accurate and I left that day and went to another eye doctor who properly diagnosed me and stated I'm -2 and need glasses for upclose which I have always had. Now I have a bill from here that I do not find accurate considering I did not receive proper treatment. So glad I found this new office which didn't make me uncomfortable and used proper equipment so there was no face to face touching contact.
