I noticed 90% of the comments were before Trump lost office! Hopefully he can regain the leadership of our Great Country. Dr. Murchison is now the main mover in this practice and she is wonderful, but ..... she is practicing an extremely efficient business and is stretched very thin - patient practice wise - so you may wait to see her both to set an appointment and during the appointment. The receptionists they have had for the past 3 years are very courteous and reliable. However I wish they would have returned my credit card to me before I left their check-in/payment window today, 20240129.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Hunt and all of the staff but not a good experience with the receptionist. She was rude and impatient. She was difficult to communicate with. She especially was not kind to my daughter who was the patient. The rest of the staff made up for it though, they were outstanding!

I called to make an appointment, after a couple questions like, "Who referred you?" and, What's your Health insurance? (Blue Cross Blue Shield). the lady on the other end says, "give me a minute", talks to someone and gets back to me and says, "You need to look for service elsewhere". That's it, no explanations, no advice, plain and simple "You need to look for service elsewhere", I do have a strong accent (Spanish) but i do not want to think that as the reason for been denied service.

Don't use them! They lie to you saying that you only owe $625 for the Toric. Once you get there they try to rip you off for another $1362.90. Sharon from billing said that it was for the amount not reaching the deductible ! Wheaton Eye Clinic took $840.00, the deductible is $2000.00. If you add 840 and 625 you get 1465. $2000 (deductible ) - $1465 paid leaves $535.... where do they get the $1,362.90???? I do understand after that there is deductible to be meet. They won't take the time out to explain correctly. They lie about how much you owe....you are only told $625....not the extra $1362.90. Sam the manger from the billing department was very rude, she hung up the phone!!! They UPSET my sister just before the surgery !!! How dare they treat a client like that, that is horrible! Shame on them! Don't trust them! You ask for CPT codes and one does not know what the other one is doing! Again....they need a better system. I did billing before and they are crooked!!!! The Doctors need to use a different service or have a talk with their billing department. I called Wheaton Eye Clinic and they were very helpful.

Just saw Dr. Nisha Gupta. She and her staff were excellent - very happy with my visit. Will definitely recommend.

Appointments never run on time. Very frustrating. Still waiting and its 45 minutes past our appointment time.

People are great and haven't been kept waiting on one appointment time.
