We made appointments for our kids, was told our two different insurances were accepted and to come in. When we arrived they stated they do not accept one of the insurances, and the other one there system was conviently "down" and we could "pay out of pocket, or reschedule". I have two vision insurances and you want me to pay full price out of pocket because of your failure? Oh and the secretary was extremely unhelpful, and very rude. Would recommend you dont waste your time.

Arrived for my 4 pm appointment on Friday, April 25 to find the doors locked and lights off. Sign on door even says open to 5:00 pm. No call or explanation as to why or even a follow up to apologize and reschedule. Left work early to make the appointment. Frustrating and non-professional.

Had to write a review because of how great my experience was. The staff and Dr. Thomas is on it. They get you in and out, are very knowledgeable, and we're very kind/ friendly. Kate helped me with my glasses and contacts and she's a pro! I've been to some places where it takes forever for my annual appointment and I dread it every year. Great location with a great staff and Doctor!
