The worst costumer services ...the lady named Guadalupe was so rude at the phone, I called asking for the school form for my daughter and every time once again she told me a different excuse, the form was supposed to be filed by the doctor but after two weeks she says that the doctor was so busy with other patient, I'm Sorry but my daughter is a patient too and the school call me every day to get the form with the result of her visit. One my last call she put me in hold for 10-12 min when Guadalupe put my call in hold, she was talking about me as they say offensive language about my person for the several times that I was calling her y she don't give me one answer. Definitely she does not like her job or does not know how to do her job. It is unacceptable how she expressed and give a bunch of excuses instead of a solution. I was so frustrate of this situation, that I call my daughter's doctor to help me and resolve the issue. Please Dr. Bernstein give to Guadalupe a course of costumer services . Your patients are the most important and we deserve the same treat and respect.

If I could give it zero stars I would! Came in for my sons appointment which I stated he was insured. They made me pay out of pocket for simply because they could not figure out or simply call the insurance people to verify. After one whole year of calling asking for my refund they never did even though they did come to find he was under his insurance. They will take your money and never owe up to their mistakes! So frustrating over something so simple. So PLEASE PLEASE avoid this place at all cost!

Dr. Harry is brilliant and does phenomenal work.
