I love this place!! Been going for quite awhile now. Always a pleasure to see staff. They make you feel important. Dr is excellent. Gives you plenty of information about your status of eyesight. The glasses are always a good selection and quality is excellent. Great pricing!! You'll be happy here.

Dr Meyers and his staff are professional and friendly. They do a very thorough eye exam a Dr Meyers goes over in great detail about you eye health. I would recommend Elgin Vision Center to my family and friends.

Dr. Meyer is a good doctor, but staff and "policies" are terrible! Front end staff doesn't have any real regard for patient care, concerns, or requests - they are rude, with a smile & often blanket statement "it's the policy" no understanding of what customer service is. I've had 2 unique circumstances and instead of someone offering to make an effort to check into it for me, the person on the phone did not even check, she flat out stated "it's our policy". When I requested to speak to a supervisor, they stated they do not have an office manager ...what office does not have a someone in charge? I'm saddened at losing a doctor I felt was good, but not worth the aggravation of having to "deal with" staff that don't willing who work with you

I rarely come across a person who cares about her patients as much as Dr. Meyer. Anyone who visits Elgin Vision Center is in good hands.

Doctor resolved a very scary situation for me and I'm grateful to the staff for their constant kindness. I recommend Elgin Vision center every change I get.

Every time I have needed something from this clinic, they are on it, especially Rucio. They are wonderful people to get your kids glasses. Please try them.

Staff are awesome, they show they really care for you. I loved it. The doctor very kind and wants to make sure they have the best for u !!!!!

made an appointment for 9:15, called at 9:16 because i was unable to find the building, woman on the phone didn't give me any direction on how to find it & then told me the doctor wouldn't see me because i was "late"
