I'm so happy that I was referred to Dr. Wu. I was a first-time patient but he took me right away. His office is clean and modern and his staff friendly, efficient and capable. Dr. Wu is the perfect combination of knowledgeable and approachable. He instantly identified my problem and explained it in a way I easily understood. I highly recommend him.

The visit was fine. The person who helped me after Dr Wu's exam was polite and informative. I was surprised by two things:
1) she never asked for insurance credentials
2). She did not provide cost of the procedures. She did give me a printout of the various visits.

Very friendly. His staff are efficient. You're checked in promptly when you get there. The waiting room is really never too crowded and you don't have to wait too long. Matter of fact my appointment yesterday was quicker than I thought. I got to the office about 10:15 a.m. and I was in the examining room within 5 minutes. 25 minutes ahead of my appointment. And I was out of there by 10:45. The examination went quickly. The person that does the dilation and the things like that was quick and friendly. Then the doctor came in about 15 minutes later and I was out of there within about 5 minutes.

I arrived early for my first ophthalmology appointment and was seen early by efficient, congenial staff. I am wheelchair bound, and staff and office layout easily accommodate me. The nearby, secure bathroom also easily accommodates me and my caregiver. Dr Wu confirmed the diagnoses and treatments of my previous doctor, who had just retired. Dr Wu took over the ordering of my prescription eye drops. When my daughter went to the Pharmacy to notify them of my new doctor, Dr Wu's office had already notified them and refill eyedrops were delivered to me within a day. Very happy with Dr Wu and his staff so far!

I recently had my second visit with Dr. Wu. I arrived early and was able to have my exam ahead of the scheduled time. During my visit Dr. Wu treated me for a stye which developed the previous week, and he prescribed an ointment to speed up the healing process. Dr. Wu and the staff are very friendly and professional! I highly recommend his services.
