We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Miller at MyEyeDr. in Hinsdale. He saw my son for an exam, and even when the power went out in the middle of the appointment, he stayed calm, professional, and incredibly upbeat. He powered through the exam without missing a beat, kept us laughing, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. Dr. Miller has excellent bedside manner and is clearly very knowledgeable. He took his time with us, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure we felt completely confident and satisfied before we left. It's rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with genuine kindness, but he truly does. I also want to highlight his wonderful staff. Every lady in the front office was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The technician who took my son back for his initial testing was so sweet, patient, and knowledgeable--she made him feel at ease right away. You can tell this office is filled with people who genuinely care. We're very grateful to have found such a great eye doctor and team for our family. Thank you, Dr. Miller and staff, for such a pleasant and memorable visit!

Everything was fantastic! Highly recommend! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and taken back for the appointment right on time. Dr. Zachary Miller's patience, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out. The selection of frames was impressive, and checkout was quick and easy with every question answered. Jessica tightened my frames and gave helpful advice for my next pair, showing that every staff member is knowledgeable, caring, and willing to go the extra mile. They are extremely nice and helpful and have a large selection of high end frames like Oliver Peoples, Ray Ban, Maui Jim etc.

I had a wonderful experience at MyEyeDr in Hinsdale. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. After my eye exam, I received excellent service. I especially want to thank Sue, who helped me at checkout and went above and beyond by assisting me in picking out frames. She was honest and upfront about what looked good on me, which I really appreciated. Sue took her time to show me all the options and even readjusted my old glasses without me asking--just out of kindness. Her genuine care made the whole process enjoyable, and I'm so thankful for her help. I also want to compliment Dr. Hussam Saras, O.D. He was very friendly, thorough, and professional during my exam. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I will definitely be returning to this location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service

I've been using MyEyeDr for quite awhile and I absolutely love them. Great selection and great staff. I usually work with Chris and he is awesome with helping find the best pair to fit your facial structure. MyEyeDr prices are kind of on the expensive side but at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them.

This MyEyeDr office is outstanding! The staff is exceptionally attentive. Dr. John takes time to know you and explains everything throughout the exam. Caroline took care of my prescription sunglasses order, explained the different options with regard to insurance and helped me pick out the perfect pair. This place is really terrific!

Everyone was friendly, but I was disappointed to be charged $39 when I was told the exam would be free. The doctor wanted to take a closer look behind my eye, but unfortunately, I wasn't informed of the additional cost--neither during the appointment nor while I was there. I only learned about the charge when I was leaving . I believe it's important to clearly disclose any extra costs in advance and allow patients the choice to accept or decline. Additionally, I mentioned several times that I had this retina procedure done on April 9th, prior to this appointment. The doctor should have contacted that location to obtain the results rather than repeating the exam and charging me again.
