Amazing doctor. Not only is competent in his field he takes the time to answer any and every question you may have. He has a bedside manner like very few in the medical field. You won't feel rushed or like you are bothering him no matter how many questions you may have. I recently had cataract surgery performed by him in both eyes, he clearly set expectations and explained his goals and the method in which he hoped to achieve them. I can't tell you how far that goes in making a person who is getting their eye cut open feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mark Piotrowski. My only suggestion is that you do not go to the hoffman office at SAMC. You will sit for an hour plus. I usually wait 1.5 hours on average. Be prepared.

Maybe a great doctor but you'll be sitting over an hour to see him for an office visit. Don't come in a rush because you'll be here at least an hour and a half waiting.

Although the Ophthalmology office was crowded and very busy, they were very thorough. Rhonda, the light bender, was very educational on all the procedures and exams. And Dr. Piotrowski got me in and out in a relatively short time, while giving me options for my eye care and not pressuring me to buy glasses I don't need.

Very efficient and thorough! Dr. Piotrowski explained what he was doing during the exam, why the testing was being done, and the findings! He is very kind and I highly recommend him for any eye care you need.

Dr. Piotrowski removed my cataracts and put in Vivity Multifocal Lenses. I am so happy to read without glasses and the colors on my tablet are much brighter. I am glad he advised me to get Vivity lenses.

This Dr is the BEST! He did my cataract surgery and has treated my family he is Wonderful!
