I had an excellent experience! I booked my appointment last minute, and the staff made everything incredibly easy. They also gave clear instruction about the exam, guided me on how to get glasses at Costco, and assisted with setting up my contact lens fitting. They were flexible, thorough, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. Dr. Marnul answered all my questions thoughtfully and offered helpful recommendations. After moving states I can't recommend this clinic if you want a smooth transition. They never send the script to you or to your doctor, they never pick up the phone, and when they finally sent the script, it was the wrong one. It's taken my 3 visits to my new Opt. to get my contact script sent over. The staff are friendly but not helpful if you're not there to babysit them.

Awful experience. Find somewhere else. I made my appt 6 weeks ahead of time and when I arrive they tell me my daughter needs a different appointment for contact lens fitting. I try and make a different appointment and they tell me they only do them at 1:00 pm. They should have asked me that when o made the appointment.

From the receptionist being so friendly and personable, to having great service and pricing I highly recommend Riverside Optometry.
I will say that Eric Marnul, OD is the best Optometrist I've been to in two decades. Very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to speak at any level about my eye health and needs. On top of all of that he was just a pleasure to talk to. Made something that can be very routine and boring into a great conversation and interaction. I will continue to go to Riverside Optometry in the future and recommend others to do the same.
