I have used OBC for billing and credentialing for the past few years. They have been great to work with on both aspects. My billing is done in a timely manner and they follow up on denied claims. I don't have to worry about that any longer. Also, their credentialing department has made my life much easier as they fill out all the forms, call insurance companies or Medicare if any situations arise and take care of the details. All I have to do in most cases is sign the forms as needed. They took care of me when me insurance coordinator/biller suddenly got sick and passed away. I highly recommend them to anyone in practice whether just beginning or have been in practice for many years.

OBC, and, in particular, our rep, Brandon, made the Medicare provider credentialing painless, seamless, and efficient. Having OBC handle this process for us was worth every penny and way more - an incredible value for the service they provide and the experience they bring to the table. I VERY highly recommend them! Their expertise and responsiveness were remarkable. Brandon generally responded to emails within minutes and he knew how to navigate the credentialing process with Medicare with ease. From the first time I contacted OBC, they could not have been more friendly or customer-focused. Even with their help, I expected the process to be time consuming, slow, and challenging, but it took minimal time and effort on my part (note, you do have to do your part as the provider to give OBC the info they need to help them help you) and we were approved and submitting claims within a few weeks. She is professional, quick to reply to emails and always works hard to find the answers to our billing questions. Rachael has recently helped us figure out some credentialing issues we were having as well, and has been such a great help to us! She knew exactly how to fix the problem. I had OBC credential me for all the ins plans in the office. They have been nothing but amazing so far. Rachael has been quick, knowledgeable, and most of all very efficient at getting approvals in a timely manner for all the plans I wanted to be on. OBC has been helping me reduce my paperwork and claim payment times for many many years. With Managed Care Organizations changing their names and rules regularly, it would be impossible to get paid properly and promptly without the knowledgeable staff of OBC. OBC did our Credentialing and did an amazing job. Very efficient. We also have OBC as our regular insurance biller. Our AR has not looked this good since 2017. Our new biller, Kendra, has done an amazing job!! I cannot thank you enough for your help.

Awful....the only reason I am giving them two stars is because I actually did get part of my medicare credentialing completed after 8 and a half months of dealing with this company. I have made many phone calls and sent many emails to my claim specialist and Kenny Meyer-the director of business development. I also had to make numerous calls to Medicare myself and then give OBC instructions on how to proceed with my application. It also took them 2 months initially to submit my application to Medicare, even though they verified they had received everything they needed from me within 2 days of completed their required application.

Horrible experience going two months and have not received our products. For spending over $400 you would expect some sort of customer service or tracking. Although they claimed to have returned my call/emails and could not get through our phone systems say different.
