Called to make eye appointment for my daughter.
She failed an eye exam at school.
Wanted to get her in to be checked.
The woman who answered phone was rude and not helpful at all.
She was unfriendly, to say the least.
I did not make appointment. If this is how they act on the phone. I do not want to take a child to them.
I called Professional Eye Care in Macomb. They were very friendly and helpful.
I made an appointment with them.
I think the staff at Macomb Walmart Vision Center, should be trained on friendliness and professionalism.

Awhile ago I received my glasses in a timely manner, which was great, but recently my glasses were unusable due to a screw being too short in my frame. I took them in, and a nice young woman named Emma helped me out. After me trying to fix them for 20 minutes, she fixed them in seconds! If you're reading this, Miss, thank you!

Told didn't have insurance for vision, called my insurance 3 times and took Walmart all the info gave them my insurance card and still they didn't assist with doing paperwork. Number to call is on my insurance card! I down loaded all forms for them, paid cash for my glasses and STILL they didn't fill out paperwork. It has been 3 weeks now and still they don't have paperwork filled out so I can be reimbursed. They are rude as well.

Just awful. Yesterday I went in to get my glasses adjusted because they were crooked and it was half hour before close, nobody was there or picking up the phone, but they were open. Today I went again and there was nobody there and they went on a break for an hour and a half? Not picking up their phones either once again. Very unprofessional and they are rude. It's a shame I have to go here.

Twice in the past I have gone there to get an eye exam, twice they have told me I don't have vision benefits through my job. The first time, they said my insurance didn't even do vision. Both times I have checked with my insurance and found out they were wrong. They are always backed up and take forever to get you in.

I've been going here for over 15 years, now they won't even make an appointment for me unless I give my insurance info over the phone, they already have it on file and refuse to look it up. Upon reading further reviews, it's evident that they have issues with dealing with insurance companies.
