We had an amazing experience with Dr. Tobias. She was kind, patient, and understanding with my autistic son. My son had a really hard time with his first visit, so we rescheduled and tried again. The second time everything went perfectly! Everyone was very understanding and took things slowly. They made sure he felt safe and comfortable during his whole visit. Thank you all for such a good experience!

I would give zero stars if I could. I only get one pair of glasses every 2 years and every time they manage to mess it up. And don't get me started on their accountability for their mistakes because they are rude to you and make it seem like they are doing you a last time favor because you want the glasses you ordered and with out cracks and splits in the lenses. They are loosing my family of 6 business after today.

I recently went to Professional Eye Care with broken glasses, which I'd gotten from them. The woman who helped me went above and beyond! She looked to see if my lenses would fit in any of the glasses they had, temporarily fixed the glasses and got me in the next morning for an eye exam. She also let me know that they make single-vision glasses in house, which was great because we are leaving on vacation before my replacement glasses would be in. I really appreciate all of the time and attention she gave me!

I have been an extremely happy patient for 15+ years but recently wanted to express my gratitude for the care and treatment of my husbands eye emergency. Dr. Hannah was very helpful in getting him on the right path. She even walked by while I was picking out glasses and helped me choose the perfect pair. Everyone from check in, exams, glass fittings and billing have always been professional and courteous. My favorite experience happened years ago when I kept insisting I needed glasses. Dr. Bengtson recommended that I put a pair a readers by the phone book. Saving me the cost of glasses for a few years. Then he finally said to me at an exam .... It's time. I appreciate his honesty instead of selling me something I really didn't need yet.

Highly recommend. Thorough, quality eye care. Went out of their way to order me a very specific brand of glasses which arrived in a timely manner. Had problems with the prescription and it was quickly remedied.

I have no complaints. As a new wearer of glasses my visit here was very easy going and informative. A professional and friendly place from the office staff to Dr. Hannah Bengtston. The wait was short and the exam was thorough and my new glasses arrived quicker than expected. They even took time to make sure they fit snug too. I am happy with my visit.

Company wanted to run my medical insurance instead of my vision insurance. Not once when booking the appointment were we informed that we needed medical insurance to be seen by a vision provider covered in network by our vision insurance. I have worn glasses over 20 years and never once have I needed medical insurance or had a company want to run my medical insurance for a vision exam.

The low rating is for the final product, not the staff. All of the staff were awesome, very nice and quick and I cannot complain in that way and they deserve 5 stars. However, I was there for new glasses and here's how that went. First trip and receipt of new glasses, my current glasses became more scratched than when handed over to inspect. Not a problem at first since I was getting new glasses to replace the 7 yr old lenses that just became scratched. Well, the new glasses came back without the AR (anti-reflective) coating and so they were nearly impossible to wear with intense glaring from all light sources. It's now been about 9 months since receipt of the replacement of the new lenses that came back with AR coating and being forced to wear them more as my old ones finally broke, I am nearly cross eyed trying to read anything. Right eye perfect, left eye unusable. I knew this months ago but I figured my old ones albeit scratched up were better than this and would last so I didn't care for a 3rd attempt to make this right. It's a 60 mile trip to this store every time so I'm just stuck with this until I get new glasses again, somewhere else. Sorry guys, like I said you were awesome, but the glasses were a fail.
