My husband and I drive from Michigan to receive the best selection of light weight frames as well as fantastic care from the staff and optometrist. Worth your time. If you're getting glasses without extras, you can get them that same day. Incredible. Never been able to experience that anywhere else. Recommend highly

This is the best service I've ever received from an optician my entire life. When my dad was in the hospital they helped me get glasses for him and made it really easy. They were super fast with ordering contacts, made it really easy to get glasses and helped me get rebates and use my HSA card w/o any issues. I not only saved a ton of money they treated me like family - I will never go anywhere else!

The service was excellent. I never had virtual eye exam before so I was kinda skeptical about it. However, it changed my mind. The doctor was so patient and wanted to make sure that my exam is absolutely correct. The workers were great as well! Totally recommend.

Been going here since they first opened in 2006. Staff is always friendly and make it very easy for me to get my contacts. Even tho they're out of network with my vision insurance I always find myself coming back here because of their steady good customer service. Definitely a gem

So I walked in one day because I had just come back from Seoul, where I saw all of these awesome frames and wanted to see if this place carried any of them. They did! They also carry the styles that we're used to in America, but they definitely have the ultra trendy frames imported from Korea. After finding the frames that I was looking for, the friendly folks asked if I wanted to have an exam. I wasn't planning on it, but I did have a pair of 5 year old glasses with a slightly cracked lens and figured 'why not?' Since this was a Korean business inside of a primarily Korean shopping center, I expected to have to break out my [sic. very poor] Hangul-reading skills, but I didn't -- English charts were available. The exam was quick, thorough, and performed by the friendliest people in the optics industry that I've ever met; one of the reasons I go 5 years without an eye exam is because I'm used to being treated badly and just don't like going through that when dealing with my eyes, at Chicago My Optical, you get treated very well. It's the first time I can't wait to go back to the eye doctor. I was told that my glasses would take a week. Every eye doctor says that and none of them ever deliver. I always expect to wait 2-3 weeks for my glasses to be done. Here? Nope, it was like 2-3 days! I'm already showing off my new pair. To top it off, they're prices are really reasonable. I don't have a vision plan, so I always have to buy my glasses outright. My pair came out to less than half of what my previous pair came out to 5 years ago. Good stuff!

I've been shopping around at all the eye wear places nearby and this is by far my favorite place. They have the greatest selection and brands of glasses. Their prices even beat all the other designer wear places I went too. I think I found my favorite pair! The staff are very nice and helpful too.
