I have only had fantastic service at Eye Story. The woman at the counter is super sweet. I came here with my father who is losing his eyesight. They were very kind to him.
I brought in my prescription from my eye doctor in another state and got new glasses so quickly, and I love them. They have a wide array of Korean frames, that fit wide faces and a flat nose bridge. I also got a pair of sunglasses that actually sit on my nose and not my cheeks, and the right shape for my face. This is surprisingly hard to find!
I recently came back because I lost a nose pad (from traveling and knocking my glasses on hard floor from the nightstand). The woman replaced the missing one and remaining one so that they looked brand new (for free!).
I'm sorry so many people had bad experiences, but I really enjoy my prescription and sunglasses from here and will definitely come again.
Great quality, fast service. Within an hour (more like 20 minutes) I had exactly what I needed and saved 100s. I needed lenses for special frames that were purchased abroad. They have the hyper precision cutting machine onsite, the one that all the big box stores farm out and charge you a bundle for. There was a great selection of frames there as well. I will be a return customer and have told my family and friends this place is a hidden gem.
I recently had a disappointing experience at Eye Story Glasses Store that I feel compelled to share. After purchasing a pair of frames, I found that they were uncomfortable to wear after a couple of days. Understanding that adjustments can sometimes be necessary, I called the store to discuss a potential exchange for a smaller frame, emphasizing that I was willing to pay for the new lenses to avoid any waste and they said on the phone that it is ok. Sadly, when I visited the store to discuss the change, I was met with rudeness from the staff. The person I spoke with in the store was dismissive and stated that returning the frame was not possible, categorically asserting that finding an identical frame would be extremely difficult. It felt as if he was not interested in providing any assistance or solutions to my issue and I just left. Overall, my experience at Eye Story was far from satisfactory. It's disheartening when customer service fails to prioritize the needs of the customer. I would recommend potential customers to consider this when deciding where to purchase their eyewear. It's crucial to feel valued and supported after making a purchase, and unfortunately, I did not receive that at Eye Story.
Cheap glasses great styles all eye exams are free and my frames were made in 10 minutes. I thought about going to LensCrafters or Warby but this place is amazing. Korean owner too.
I have been coming here to get my glasses for some years. The crazy thing is that the korean frames are soo durable and comfortable that despite also owning raybn and oakly frames, i always end up wearing my inexpensive kaross glasses. Also, their prices are affordable, i can get 3 pairs of different styles and color for the price of a designer brand pair. The people I have talked to there have been very polite and friendly to me and my family in all my visits. So I always share this store when my friends ask me where I got my glasses after they complement them.
Eye story is incredible. The owner has 45 years of experience and very knowledgeable. The lady working there is also very knowledgeable and professional. I have had serious troubles with eye glasses in the past, but they knew how to fix the problem!! I am extremely pleased with the service the eye story staff has provided. I will recommend the place to my own family members. I am very appreciative of them. Will return and highly recommended.
I've been thinking to get the new eye glasses for a year and finally I'm glad to get the good quality eye glasses. The lenses are really clear and coated well, and I can see it very well. :) They are also light and (my face, around eyes and nose) I'm not bothered at all when I wear the eye glasses. Awesome!
Selecting the frame was smooth, waiting hour to pick up the eye glasses was quick and good price as well. I'm just happy I have the eye glasses for me now! Thank you so much, Eye Story.
DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! I am so regretful that I didn't say anything to the man when I left! I had a horrible, a horrible a horrible experience at this store. I have never been! At first, I tried to make an appointment then the owner, the man said maybe 1:30 or 2 pm so I said 1:30 pm then he didn't ask me a name or anything and just hung up. I went to the store a little early to look around the frames to pick. Then the owner said to come back at 1:30 pm. So I explained that I would like to look around the frames then he said that I made the other customers feel uncomfortable, which there were only 2, same family. And he kicked me out. When I left, I told him that I won't come back then he said, good. So rude, and nonprofessional, can't even put down words on the review. People shouldn't go back to this place just because it is cheap. The frames' quality are cheap and bad, too.
