Marisela and George went above and beyond to help me select the right eyeglass frames that suited both my style and comfort. Their friendly and professional service made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality eye care and a great selection of frames!

I had a really good experience at JCPenney Optical in Golf Mill. I have progressive lenses and needed new glasses. I'm so glad I came here! They have a large selection of stylish and quality frames at reasonable prices. They were running a special for 60% off glasses & frames, so I bought 2 pair! You can get 6 months 0% financing with the JCP card. The staff is extremely professional and helpful, especially Marielis. They are great at doing glasses adjustments to be comfortable to wear. I recommend JCPenney Optical in Golf Mill!

I needed a spare pair of progressive lens glasses and was lucky enough to walk into Penny's and meet George. My vision insurance wasn't available, but they were running a special that fit my budget. After not finding a frame I liked on display, George found the perfect frame in the New Arrivals. I had a current prescription with me and George helped get the right fit. He is patient, kind and personable. Though he suggested it would be 2-3 weeks before my new specs arrived, George called me today and I just picked up my new glasses a mere 9 days since the initial visit. They're exactly as ordered and fit just right. Thanks to JC Penny Optical in Niles and their great associate George.

I've been going to JC Penny Optical for years and Dr. Pasman is always amazing! Her and her staff are attentive and caring. They always make sure my contacts fit perfectly and that my prescription is up to par. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my eye care. Highly recommend!

Dr Alla Pasman at JcPenney Optical is a caring and knowledgeable optometrist. From the moment that started describing an eye condition to me, I could tell I was dealing with a professional that both deeply cared about her craft, was detail oriented and was kind and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Alla for all your eye exam and prescription needs.

I have been using JCPenny Optical for quite a while and i have seen many Optometrist at this location. The employee's who work there are amazing and kind, the Current Optometrist ( Dr. Alla Pasman ) is horrible. She wrote me a wrong prescription for contacts, she said it would take time for my eyes to settle in the lens and it should be okay. This never happened, i returned for a new exam and she starting blaming the world for my eyes being bad and did not take responsibility for writing a bad prescription. She said in her notes she wrote i had 20/20 vision when I left last time and the problem is I may have glaucoma or I maybe diabetic. She then checked my eyes, told me to get some eye drops and see her again in 2 weeks. I did this and she charged me for both visits and said it was a medical checkup so she could charge me more. When she realized that she wrote a bad prescription, she went back to telling me that i will lose my vision because i have glaucoma or because i have medical conditions. I also mentioned that i do not have insurance and she went on about how I am wrong and i do have insurance. I just do not know about it. I would not recommend this place while Dr. Pasman is still here. Overall she is very rude, childish, and unprofessional. The reason i give even 1 star is because the manager is an amazing person and always helpful.

I have been seeing Dr. Pasman for the past 20 years. During this time, not only has she shepherded me through the many age-related vision changes, but has also found early symptoms of several problems. Dr. Pasman is always detail-oriented and caring; I have never felt rushed!

There is a person who works in optical she is very rude her name is RACHAEL I don't recommend anyone going there she doesn't have any manners on how to talk to the customers.... please I highly recommend you all NOT TO GO THIS LOCATION......
