She went above and beyond and took care of us with such a warm and friendly customer service. I had a great experience at this facility. I was a walk in, I went in for the eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses for $99. Luis was one of the employees there that helped me with everything and answered any questions I had! Exam was easy and fast, great doctor. Overall, a fast and cheap experience. I originally paid for the exam so that I could get two more years of exams free, and I bought my glasses elsewhere. At this free followup exam I decided to buy glasses from them. I was pleased with the frames and single vision lenses. The technician Laura was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. She also fitted the glasses perfectly after they arrived, sooner than expected. Dr. Hapner was also very pleasant during my original and one year eye exam. I had a great experience at the Oak Lawn Dr. Green Optical location.
