I found this gem a couple of years ago after LensCrafters didn't take my insurance, and honestly, I haven't looked back since! MyEyeDr has been awesome from day one. I visit the location on 105th on Cicero Ave. This is actually where I discovered the Shaquille O'Neal brand, hands down my favorite frames in all my years of wearing glasses. Geron has been amazing every visit. He's super patient, takes his time helping me find the right fit and style, and really knows his stuff when it comes to lenses and insurance options. He makes the whole process easy and stress free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend this location if you want great service and stylish frames!

Great experience overall. Front desk staff was welcoming. Wait time was short. Dr. Jawdi was through in gis explaining and gave great suggestions and advice while letting me be in control of my care with the education provided. I don't usuly wear glasses and don't have a clue what I like or what looks nice on me. Shay was very helpful in helping me try on and find a super comfy frame that suits my personality. Her patience is golden, because I tried on several pair and even doubled back to a couple of pairs before finally making a decision.

I have lived in Oak Lawn for 20+ years and decided to finally get an eye exam done at MyEyeDr. The experience from start to finish was excellent. I was seen by Dr. Hana Tulemat. Dr. Tulemat had such a welcoming personality and took the time to ask about my eye health. Dr. Tulemat made my appointment so streamlined. I'm certainly coming back for my next eye exam.

Dr Dushika is phenomenal! I was struggling to find contacts that worked for me. She was my 4th and final attempt after going to different providers. She got me in the right type and prescription from the first visit. I am so very grateful to her and her knowledge and expertise. Also, most of the staff is outstanding. Specifically Carrie, Sienna, and Katie. Super friendly, energetic, kind , accommodating and professional. Thank you!

There is this great receptionist with short pink hair!! She is always so positive, smiling, and helpful!! I've came in twice now to get my glasses fixed and she made me feel like I wasn't a burden!! Thank you very much!!

Geron and the team are amazing! Geron goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the process and you are comfortable. His customer service and expertise is unmatched. He is the best out of all locations.

My Eye Dr took over a practice that I went to for over 20 years. The transition to My Eye Dr was seamless. The practice continued to have a great selection of frames, exceptional Doctors, and extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff like Geron. We moved out of the area a few years ago and tried a couple different Practices, we were not thrilled with the frame selection or the staff. Last year my wife and I decided to go back to the Oak Lawn My Eye Doctor. We were glad to see that they still had a great selection of frames, top notch Doctors, and Geron was still there to help us with selecting frames and fitting. This year we had new insurance and Geron helped us get the best value while providing the best customer service experience possible. Team members like Geron and the large selection of high end frames made it an easy decision to return to My Eye Dr despite the longer drive there.

Geron was wonderful and very helpful finding me the perfect pair of glasses! He helped me find my last pair of glasses too! He also explained my insurance coverage and the best payment plan which was perfect for my budget!! Thank you Geron!
