All About Eyes - O' Fallon

Let me start off by saying Dr. Bob is wonderful. He's a great doctor and knows what he's doing. This is about the Fairview location. Unfortunately my experience besides my exam was terrible. I was told my copay was $10 when making the appointment over the phone. At check out, they charged me $45 for a retinal photo that I didn't agree to, they just did it when I first got there without asking me if it was okay. And when I requested a refund, she told me "everyone gets it done, that's our standard of care" but I was not informed about this nor was any paperwork signed agreeing to pay this. It's not billable to any vision insurance either. But of course, I was told they TRY to let everyone know when making the appointment but they failed this time. I paid it because I didn't feel it was necessary to make a scene and I figured we could come to an agreement later but I guess I was terribly wrong and should've just refused to pay it. I also work in eye care and was appalled with how I was treated upon inquiry. I used to work at All About Eyes and was most definitely held to a much higher standard. A lot has changed. Just beware. They are sneaky now and absolutely just want your money. And guess what? I was told there was no way to talk to someone higher than the location manager. I requested to be contacted by the district manager and I still haven't heard back. Extremely dismissive. Poor customer service.

I had an amazing experience here! As soon as I walked through the door, the team greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. Every step of my appointment was handled with professionalism and kindness. The service was excellent from the time I arrived until the moment I left. I'm truly impressed and will absolutely return

On par with some of the best eye doctors I've been to around the country. Staff was professional and made sure I was taken care of, and the doc explained everything that was happening in a way I could understand, and made sure I felt at ease. Definitely a top tier choice for vision needs.

Wonderful staff, quick and timely. The eye doctor himself is very thorough and kind. Clean establishment with a very large variety of Eyewear selection. Highly reccomend

The doctor and staff went above and beyond to get my daughter contacts. She has a very unique prescription and had been struggling without them for 3 months. So we decided to switch eye doctors and he investigated the best options for us and took the time to make sure her contact fit was perfect. Because of their great help she now can see and she is comfortable to compete in her first state basketball game this upcoming Saturday.

First time in and my experience was fantastic. Doctor was super cool and very knowledgeable. I also had a wonderful interaction with A.J. she was awesome. Very friendly environment and would highly recommend. They took great care of me. I left feeling like my eyes will see again and be fashionable

They live up to the name. They truly care about your eye health, and have up to date machines. I was very pleased with my exam and interaction with all there. They are inviting and warm and make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend. I came to them due to my insurance changing had to find a new one. I am very much pleased with my choice with All About Eyes.
