I received the best, most thorough eye exam EVER! I've had some small problems with my eyes in the past, so I am especially grateful for such outstanding medical care. Dr. Nicolas Holtzman explained everything so patiently and helped me feel confident that I am receiving outstanding eye care at Lakepointe Vision Center. I definitely recommend him!

I can't say enough good things about this Dr. Holtzman. He is incredibly kind, patient, and always takes the time to explain everything in a way that I truly understand. I never feel rushed or talked down to. He is also amazing with my young children -- calm, gentle, and so patient, which makes such a difference for our family. We always feel well cared for and confident in his expertise.

Staff is welcoming & friendly. Dr. Holtzman is very thorough and kind. He makes sure that I understand everything concerning my eye treatments. He always takes the time to make sure I get the best possible care. I would recommend Lakepoint Vision to everyone!

Lakepointe Vision Center provides excellent patient care and has a great selection of eyewear. The staff is well organized and efficient in scheduling appointments and conducting testing. Dr. Holtzman is a detail-oriented professional and thoroughly explains the testing results in easily understandable terms. He also encourages questions to ensure his patients are knowledgeable of their eyecare conditions, while also being efficient and respectful of their time. They have an optician who ensures that glasses purchased from them are correctly fitted and comfortably positioned. I strongly recommend that anyone looking for an exceptional optometrist should give Lakepointe and Dr Holtzman a call.

Dr. Holtzman is wonderful. He explains everything about what the testing shows. Always makes sure my daughter understands and if we have any questions. So glad we started going here!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Holtzman! As a first-time contact lens wearer, I was a little nervous going into the appointment, but Dr. Holtzman made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was incredibly thorough during the exam and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He made sure the contacts fit perfectly and that my prescription was just right. I never felt rushed--he was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting everything just right. His staff was just as awesome--friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. It's clear they work great as a team and truly care about their patients. I'm so grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Dr. Holtzman and his amazing team!

Strange visit. The doctor never introduced himself to me so I don't know who I actually saw. The tech didn't clean not clean the equipment in front of me. One of the photos she took was about 1/4 obscured by my hair. She went ahead and took me in to the room to see the doctor and he had her redo it. So when we went back to that room, my makeup was still smeared on the machine and she didn't clean that for me, either.

Great experience AGAIN! Not rushed. Answered all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommend.
