If I could rate a zero I would Horrible! The receptionist is extremely rude talks to clients very disrespectful. I don't get any phone calls telling me my glasses are in. And you can't call up there because their phone systems are down and has been down for a while according to answering service they use, so you get directed to the answering service. i go to pick up my glasses I got stuck in traffic I was there at 5:01 on Friday they would not give me my glasses because I was one minute late so had my son pick them up Monday because I would make it in time. Get my glasses and they are the wrong prescription lens. I can't even see out of the glasses, and of course you can't call up there because their phone system is down so I have to call the answering service the poor guy at answering service tells me he deals with problems at this location alot and he can't even get through to them. He said he will send an email to them. So I drive all the way there 35 mins. Their website says they're open till 7:00 on Tuesday so I get there at 6:22 they close at 6:00 p.m. According to hours on the door. I'm going to have to try to come back up here again tomorrow. Not sure what the hours are even if the door sign hours are correct answering service suggest the closed at 5. Could someone please give me the correct opening and closing hours. Keep in mind this place is 35 minutes from me. How do you give somebody glasses with the wrong prescription lens and then you can't even call to discuss it with them this is the worst business ever. I don't think I ever been so frustrated before.

Order my daughter glasses on November 13 2025 and still haven't received them. They keep telling there processing. What joke this place is. It shouldn't take 5 months to make pair of glasses. And they like to hang up on you when you call but if you don't confirm your appointment they will cancel you in heart beat

If l had the means to rate this place with a zero l would. I had the worst experience of my life. Took my daughter to this place last month for her eye exam. Been waiting over a month for her glasses which never arrived. Called back today only for them to tell me my daughter was marked as a "no show" for that appointment. Took out sometime to drive over there with the snow and the receptionist told me there were no treatment notes in their system to show that my daughter was seen at their facility. I've never been frustrated in my life like today. Terrible facility!

They preassured me into placing an order for contacts lens. Then when I took too long to pick them up, they returned them and kept the money. It was $127.80 this is outrageous calling corporate to try to get them to credit my account, if not I will not be returning!!

I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience at this incredible place! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by such warmth and friendliness. The receptionist, the doctor, and the opticians all contributed to an amazing atmosphere. A special shoutout to Malika--she was absolutely phenomenal! Her infectious smile and unwavering patience made my visit unforgettable. We definitely need more amazing people like her in the world!

Receptionist is rude. Front desk people have no idea what they are doing can't call there phone lines have been down for months. Hours on door and online are diffrent. Horrible place.

We stopped going here after my daughter never received her glasses. We called and called but the never came in. I was told they can't track them, but they also can't get her a new pair because the already billed insurance. It's been a couple of years and the never received them. I couldn't imagine spending my hard earned money just for my daughter to not be able to see

We are new to town and was trying to find a great eye care place. The experience that we had received was amazing. Everyone was welcoming and very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.
