I have used Family Eye Care of O'Fallon for the last 10-15 years, except for the brief time when my insurance did not cover them. As soon as my insurance changed I went back and am very satisfied with their service. Dr Ernst's gentle and personable demeanor makes you feel at ease and he is the type of doc that wants to make sure your prescription works for you. He is a fantastic leader with a big heart and I am grateful to have access to his expertise.

Our experience was outstanding! We had an unexpected eye event, which required emergent treatment after hours.We received immediate response from the emergency line and we're met within 10 minutes at the office. Dr. Kelli Crago was SO personable, patient-centered, calming, knowledgeable, and able to treat our event to allow for full recovery. We highly recommend Family Eye Care of O'Fallon.

Dr. Ernst is incredibly knowledgeable with vast experience. He takes the time to thoroughly explain every step of the exam, making sure his patients understand their eye health and all available options. It's clear that patient care is a top priority. We also want to highlight the amazing support team-- Jennifer and Jasmin were absolutely exceptional. They were warm, attentive, and highly competent, making the entire visit smooth and comfortable. Wonderful experience! Dr. Weiss was so thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. All the staff is incredibly friendly and especially helpful in helping me choose the right glasses.

I have been a patient at this practice for many years and always had thorough and courteous service. They have always been very responsive to any questions and to the occasional times I needed adjustments or new lenses for my glasses. My recent visit was a post op check after cataract surgery. I was seen right at my appointment time and appreciated the thorough exam and checks to ensure that my eye was healing correctly after the surgery.

Her prompt diagnosis and referral potentially saved my vision, for which I am deeply grateful. More recently, my appointments with Dr. Regel have been equally impressive. She is thorough in her examinations, providing clear and understandable explanations of my vision health. Annual eye exams can be a source of anxiety for me but Dr. Regel's attentive and reassuring demeanor always puts me at ease. The entire team at Family Eye Care of O'Fallon provides a comfortable and professional environment. My family and I will continue to entrust our eye care to this practice for as long as we reside in the area.
