I brought my mom in for an eye exam, and we had such a great experience. The entire staff was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with her from start to finish. Dr. Davis is not only very smart and thorough, but he also has an excellent bedside manner that made my mom feel completely comfortable and cared for. The glasses fitter took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my mom was confident in her choices. Front desk staff were very friendly! You can tell everyone here truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend Dr.Davis and his team!

The office is very clean and welcoming. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, you can tell they enjoy working there! I went in for an eye exam and to update my glasses prescription and walked out having ordered a beautiful pair of glasses. I had a great experience and would absolutely go back!

Davis Eyecare is amazing! The staff is truly great, friendly, helpful and always going the extra mile. I originally came in just for contacts, but when I broke my eyeglasses unexpectedly, they didn't hesitate to help me out. They managed to fix the issue quickly, even though I hadn't gotten the glasses from them. That kind of genuine, friendly service is hard to find these days. I felt totally taken care of and I'll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Dr. Robert is the best. He is patient, caring, knowledgeable and informative. He always takes the time to explain circumstances and the needs of the patient. Jason, in Oak Lawn's vision care is equally the same. Great staff!!

The experience in general there is good. But they don't check your glasses before they call you to come get them. I went to get my glasses they realized they were defected and had to send them back. I finally get told they are ready and yet again they didn't check them there is a giant finger print imprinted in the anti glare film and dust particles under the film so I bring them back again, they clean them and as I'm driving home that finger print re appears. Wasted money coming here I am stuck with my old glasses and blew all my insurance money at this place. Absolutely ridiculous. Left my eye doctor of 20 years to come to this place closer to home with great reviews. Very upsetting.

Besides being one of the most comprehensive and knowledgable doctors in his field, his office staff is the most compassionate and efficient in the field of optometry. Why not go to the best. Years of experience and a feeling of satisfaction give you confidence that you are getting a quality doctor. Very highly recommended.
