Incredibly poor customer service from Ashley. My frames I had them put new lenses in were damaged and no one had told me if that happens then its my responsibility to purchase replacements. I was not informed of that before sending them in nor given any waiver that she claimed I would have signed. Ive been going to their office for 15 years and will no longer be going there after the way she responded to me question as to why her staff would have never explained that to me. That it is somehow my problem, not a problem with their staff.

My son and I have been coming here for years. We see Dr. Anne Neumann. Dr. Neumann and her staff are polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. My son is autistic and they were very patient at his last visit helping him transition to contacts.
I have never had an issue here with glasses or eye contacts, but have had trouble at other places with my prescription.

Not my real name. I was looking to get an eye exam and new glasses after 5 yrs of issues with other eye glass companies that didn't have any compassion or patience to help me thru the exam. So wish I had found Dr Neumann back then. She was so kind and patient with me. I really liked how she explained everything to me and made sure I understood. Dr Neumann is awesome and I can't recommend her enough. The staff were equally wonderful being helpful and friendly and Ashley took great care of me. I will never go any where else.

Ashley is the best ever. She's so bubbly and really helps you pick out the best pair of glasses and totally gives her opinion on how they look on you which I love. She really explained a lot to me about progressive lenses and other things I should get for the lenses when I was there ordering my frames. I can not wait till my glasses come in.
