Osborne Doris OD

I've always had great experiences at Osbournes. Recently went back to her after several years and she was very thorough and pleasant, gonna miss her when she retires but she deserves to relax now.

Most thorough eye exam I've ever had. She even asked about my family history and said I should be taking antioxidants to delay macular degeneration, "it'll be worth it even if you delay it by one day." Also very affordable and also gave me a free pair of contact lenses to try out. thanks

Dr. Osborne gave me a thorough examination, better than I've ever had, and made sure to explain everything carefully from how and why certain forms had to be filled out, how to deal with the insurance company, what the various tests did, and running commentary on what the results were. She gave me an accurate diagnosis (a cataract) of why my vision was blurred, which no previous optometrist I've visited had caught. She then gave me several options for treatment with evaluations of likely results as well as costs, and eased any anxiety I may have had by saying it was an "easy fix". Other optometrists I've know have been very personable, but none better than Dr. Osborne who added accurate exam and diagnosis with clear explanations all the way through. When I left the office I felt confident and relieved about why my vision was blurring and why no glasses I'd had in recent years had been able to correct it.

Didn't go in. Went to unload my disabled veteran father from his wheelchair van in the parking lot before moving it to the street. They threatened to have me arrested for being in their parking lot. No other vehicles were there.

Very thorough exam and I have always been able to get an appointment in the next few days.
