The doctor was pleasant and professional. One of the staff who helped me with my glasses totally screwed it up. I needed bifocals and she measured wrong and they where right in the middle of the lense. So almost 2 weeks later I still don't have my glasses. There was no offer to expedite them. Very disappointed.
