Salem Eye Clinic

I'm traveling and forgot my saline drops for my scleral lenses. They were able to provide me enough to last until I get home! Super super thankful as many places I've tried did not have any available.

I have been a customer since the 90s. I have spent the last month trying to get a set of lenses for a set of frames I purchased. I dropped my frames off in January and was told someone would give me a call. I left my Name and Birthdate as requested. They didn't call. I called a few days later to check in and no one knew where my frames were at. The next time I called they had been found and "sent off". I called the next week and was told they were "sent out" but until I brought in payment that no progress would be made(2 weeks in after losing my frames). I paid on that day, I waited 2 weeks and checked in again to be told my frames and lenses had come in but had been sent back out because they didn't pass a quality check. ;) I figured if someone was nice enough to be be sure and double check and return my glasses, the least I could do was honestly review the process while I wait. I did receive my glasses but I did not recieve any follow up calls as described in your response. All good. Thank you

I am so grateful for the entire staff at the Salem Eye Clinic! Everything was so clean, up to date with the latest technology, and most importantly everyone I encountered there was so kind. Dr. Wolff, Dr. Montgomery, and Dr. Harvey are all spectacular at what they do, we will never go anywhere else!

Always best care for over 20 years and recently had an eye injury and Dr Montgomery and Staff immediately got me in and took care of the situation!! I have always had the best service at Salem Eye Clinic. I went due to blurry eyes. I had a film develop behind my cataract implants. They were able to do laser surgery to correct it. Everyone is always so nice and friendly and make the patients feel great

I have been a customer of Salem Eye Clinic for over 30 years. The doctors are great and I am always treated great when I go in there. The staff there always make you feel welcome and they are all very knowledgeable.

It's been one of the most pleasant experiences, dealing with my Eye Doctor and purchasing frames and lens! I had surgery for cataracts on both my eyes, dr. Montgomery and the surgeon were amazing. And the ladies at the desk were also amazing!
