Warby Parker Old Orchard

I had the best experience today ! I was able to make a same day appointment, which was a great start. When I arrived I was greeted and checked in immediately. About 5 minutes later I was brought to the back to begin my appointment. The exam was quick and the doctor explained throughly. Afterwards I was able to try on and pick out my new pair of glasses. The employee(I believe who's name was Loren) was beyond knowledgeable and went through my order with me step by step. He went the extra mile to go to the back to grab me the exact pair of glasses I wanted because they weren't out on display. He also brought out a pair that he thought I might like. I had no questions at the end because he went into such great detail. Everyone was so helpful, knowledgeable, and a delight to chat with. I will be going back for all of my vision and eyewear needs. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Excellent service. I was immediately welcomed and offered help. I was shown all the various frames and staff helped me decide on my purchase, along with pricing as we moved on. The pricing was excellent and the quality was hardy and resilient. Previous purchases were a perfect fit and I still enjoy them. The delivery of my glasses was faster than I expected, with no delivery charge. Warby Park was a fun experience.

I always shopped for frames with Warby but this year I decided to get my vision exam with them as well. Dr.Leonard made sure I understood his analysis and I left feeling like the prescription I was given was best for me. Would highly recommend this location. The staff is always great and very kind.

They deleted my appointment for being exactly 5 minutes late. I did not receive a courtesy call or email. If I had, I'd let them know I was parking the car in the mall lot that is always packed on weekends. This policy of 5 minutes late being the absolute maximum was not communicated beforehand when making the appointment. The staff did not even bother to try to book me for a future appointment. The two white female employees (sorry I didn't catch their names) that "assisted" us were curt and dismissive. Being 5 minutes late was my fault but the attitude of the employees and the lack of any sort of notification is the reason I will not be shopping at this store. I have shopped at Warby Parker for 11 years. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

Jaylen was fantastic! So welcoming, kind, and helpful. Through my indecisiveness of picking glasses he was incredibly patient and quick to come up with more options. Ended up with 2 pairs that I love! Highly recommend this store, great customer service

Jocelyn was super helpful. Was able to look up previous prescriptions and help me with my new prescription while using WP frames I already had. Very successful stop. She was patient and efficient.

I do not normally leave reviews. However, I had a great experience with Warby Parker this weekend and would recommend this company to others. Essentially, I hand an issue with one of my gift cards which me and the staff discussed and reviewed in the store... Once they determined that they could not fix the original issue they comped my glasses and my exam. This started as a stressful day and their team made sure I walked out of the store happy. Well done putting the customer first Warby Parker! This will bring me, my friends and family back!!

Today was my first visit to shop for new glasses in years. I liked everything about WP. Sales Associate was helpful but also gave me time and space to try frames on my own. Bought an extra pair!
